Inclusions

(1) Vehicle service fees as listed in the itinerary;

(2) Vehicle fuel, toll, and highway fees;

(3) Vehicle service time: within 10 hours (as per Japanese law);

(4) Driver‑guide service fee (1‑13 pax boutique tour; 14‑45 pax coach tour, the actual vehicle will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day);

(5) Reference vehicle types: 5‑8 seater: Toyota Alphard; 9‑14 seater: Toyota Hiace or equivalent; 18‑22 seater: Minibus; 22 seater and above: Large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only, the actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day;

(6) Children aged 0‑2 are free if held in arms and do not occupy a seat; aged 3 and above are charged as adults;

(7) For day trips, it is not recommended to bring luggage. If you need to bring luggage, each person can bring one piece free of charge, regardless of size. Please specify this at the time of booking. Failure to specify, or bringing more than the free allowance of one piece per person, will incur an additional charge of RMB 100 per piece. If the number of children under 3 years old not occupying a seat and the amount of luggage are not declared in advance, resulting in insufficient space or overcrowding in the vehicle, the driver‑guide has the right to refuse boarding, and no refund will be given.

Participant Requirements

(1) Elderly persons aged 70 years or above must ensure they are in good health for travel, and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above throughout the trip;

(2) Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult passenger throughout the trip;

(3) Elderly passengers are required to provide a health certificate, which should be completed and submitted to the booking office before departure (electronic version accepted);

(4) Pregnant women, persons with heart conditions, acrophobia, and other special conditions are not suitable for this group tour and may be refused entry. Please book with caution;

(5) This product accepts bookings from non‑mainland Chinese guests, but language services other than Chinese and Japanese are not provided. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation policy

Conditional cancellation & changes apply.Eligible for refund or exchange if the following conditions are met.

If cancellation is made 3 days prior to departure (excluding), 100% of the fee will be refunded.

If cancellation is made within 2 to 3 days prior to departure (inclusive), 50% of the fee will be refunded.

If cancellation is made within 1 day prior to departure (inclusive), no refund will be given.
