Zhaoqing Seven Star Crags Ticket

Seven Star Crags (Qixingyan) is located about 2 kilometres north of Zhaoqing city centre, comprising five lakes, six hills, seven crags and eight caves. The scenic area has four gates: east, south, west and north, with an additional entrance to Fairy Lake (Xiannü Hu) in the northeast.

The east gate is relatively closer to Fairy Lake, while the south gate is nearer to the Seven Star Crags Archway Plaza. However, both of these entrances are relatively far from the core scenic area, so it is recommended to enter via the west gate or the north gate on Yingbin Avenue.

This is a park where you can hike up the hills or enjoy the lake up close. If you wish to climb, you can ascend Tianzhu Crag or Shishi Crag to overlook the entire lake from above. If you are interested in caves, you can visit Shishi Cave, which features many stalactites and stalagmites. In addition, the cave is also home to numerous cliff inscriptions — over 600 pieces — showcasing calligraphic styles from various dynasties, which are well worth a look.

At Fairy Lake, you can take a boat ride, which also allows you to visit attractions such as the Red‑crowned Crane Eco‑Park, the Reclining Buddha, and Chimidong (Rice Hole). The former lets you observe red‑crowned cranes and flamingos from a distance, while the Reclining Buddha refers to an island on the lake that resembles a reclining Buddha statue.
