(3) In case of force majeure such as weather, low water levels, or policy changes that prevent the boat from operating normally, please follow the instructions of the scenic area staff and prioritise safety.

(1) Please pay attention to safety when boarding and alighting. Follow the instructions of the boat crew and wait for the boat to be securely docked before boarding or alighting in an orderly manner.

(2) Fire safety equipment and life jackets are available on the boat to ensure everyone's safety.

(3) Please do not wander or play roughly while the boat is moving to maintain its balance.

(4) Please do not discard fruit peels or other rubbish into the lake during the boat ride to keep the water clean and the environment hygienic.

Full fare for persons 1.2 metres (inclusive) and above. Half fare for persons 0.8 metres (inclusive) to 1.2 metres (exclusive). Holders of the Xinghu Citizen Card are eligible for a half‑price discount (excluding public holidays). No other discounts apply.
