South Korean pop sensation BTS will perform two sold-out concerts in Toronto on 22 and 23 August 2026. Following their recent appearance at the FIFA World Cup 2026 final half-time show, the group returns to Toronto after more than a decade to perform on a 360-degree stage at North York's new outdoor venue, Rogers Stadium.
Getting There and Accommodation

Visitors heading to the venue can reach Rogers Stadium in about 15 minutes by car or drive, or under 40 minutes using public transport from the Yonge North York area. Convenient base locations include Yonge North York (also known as Koreatown North) and the downtown Koreatown along Bloor Street West. While Koreatown itself has limited hotels, nearby Yorkville offers several upscale accommodation choices.
Where to Eat and Shop
Toronto's thriving Korean food and shopping districts offer a wide array of options for visitors:

Koreatown (Bloor Street West): Breakfast options include Korean-style toast at JJIN Toast. For gifts and stationery, Hanji Gifts sells imported Korean items alongside locally made products, while Mr. Pen offers character merchandise. Lunch choices include astronaut-themed Woojoo Bunsik for various tteokbokki styles, including Matcha Cream Tteokbokki. Long-running cash-only bakery Hodo Kwaja serves traditional walnut cakes.
Downtown Yonge Street: K-beauty stores including Kiokii and..., Lamour Beauty & Life, and SUKOSHI sell trending Korean and Japanese skincare products.
West End: Award-winning Takja BBQ House in Dufferin Grove serves dry-aged meats, offering a Hansang tasting menu for CA$135 per person. Evening drinks are available at Tiger Blues or Mapo Pocha Soju Bar for soju cocktails and makgeolli.
Yonge North York: Specialty beverages like Injeolmi Cream Lattes are served at Cafe Namoo, while Bonjuk serves authentic Korean porridge and Chillax Eatery & Mart offers Asian fusion brunch items. Lunch spots include Finch JungSooNae for classic stews and marinated raw crab, alongside LUNA Bakery for rice cakes and shaved ice (bingsu). Visitors can also reserve private self-portrait sessions or use the overhead photobooth at Monography North York.
Toronto Korean Festival
Coinciding with the concert weekend, the Toronto Korean Festival runs from 21 to 23 August 2026 at Mel Lastman Square in Yonge North York. Recognised as Canada's largest Korean cultural celebration, the event features live K-pop performances, hanbok fashion shows, and a dedicated K-beauty zone.
