The city council has taken the first step towards making the space on Calle Antic del Guinardó open to visitors. With a budget of €14,641, the council has put out to tender the work needed to prepare the interior, with the goal of allowing the public to safely enter the very place that protected the neighbourhood's residents from falling bombs during the conflict.
