Sojubar: Istanbul's New Korean Gastropop Spot in Kadıköy for Fried Chicken, Bibimbap and Soju

Sojubar, which opened its doors under the Terminal Kadıköy roof, introduces Istanbulites to the Korean Gastropop concept. For those who don't know, Korean Gastropop blends traditional Korean flavours with modern techniques, transforming the ritual of eating into a fun and interactive experience. To that end, conversation corners have been placed in the venue and the plate arrangement is designed for sharing food. Here you can taste all the appetising flavours of Korean cuisine: Korean-style fried chicken prepared with the double-frying method, Bibimbap, Kimbap and Bingsu are among the most popular. Chimaek-Somaek — the indispensable duo of fried chicken and soju pairings in Korean gastronomy — is also very popular. If you haven't yet tried Korean cuisine, one of the biggest trends of recent years, Sojubar is a good opportunity.
