The Macau open‑top tourist bus is also equipped with multilingual commentary devices, providing detailed guided explanations for customers of different nationalities.

1) Once booked, cancellation is not accepted;

2) Please redeem your ticket with the tour guide at the first boarding point;

3) Child ticket is applicable to children aged 2‑11, and children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the journey. Children under 2 years old may ride free with a paying adult (without occupying a seat) and must be accompanied by an adult throughout the journey;

4) Please present your ticket to the tour guide on duty when boarding. Eating and smoking are strictly prohibited on the bus;

5) In case of rain, complimentary rain ponchos (adult standard size) will be distributed to passengers;

6) In the event of a temporary breakdown or other special circumstances, our company reserves the right to use a regular bus to complete the journey for passengers without prior notice;

7) If the bus is full, please take the next bus. Due to force majeure, our company reserves the right to change the service route, schedule, and cancel the tour;

8) The itinerary and schedule are for reference only; the tour schedule may be slightly adjusted depending on the traffic conditions of the day;

9) The ticket is valid by date, and the usable period is from the first bus at 09:30 to the tenth bus returning to the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal at 17:30;

10) Some of our company's open‑top buses are equipped with a canopy to shield against strong sunlight or rain. Specific requests for a particular bus model cannot be accommodated;
