1. "Legend Heroes Park" is committed to providing guests with a safe, fun, and memorable experience. Upon entering "Legend Heroes Park," guests agree to:

· Comply with and be bound by the terms of entry;

· Comply with the usage rules established for the attractions/amenities at "Legend Heroes Park," including all safety requirements identified by signage or raised by staff members;

· Be solely responsible for complying with all usage rules of "Legend Heroes Park," and bear full responsibility for any adverse incidents resulting from failure to comply with the usage rules established for the attractions/amenities at "Legend Heroes Park."

2. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and actively supervised by an adult at all times, who shall be fully responsible for the care and conduct of the child at "Legend Heroes Park"; for safety reasons, each child under 12 must be accompanied by an adult upon entering and leaving the park.

3. For the safety of guests, certain attractions/amenities within "Legend Heroes Park" have age, height, and/or weight restrictions; guests are solely responsible for complying with the relevant requirements; the park reserves the right to revise such requirements without prior notice.

4. For safety reasons, it is recommended that children wear long‑sleeved tops and full‑length trousers.

5. All guests must wear shoes and socks, except in designated areas where shoes must be removed.

6. If a registered guardian/parent fails to pick up their child within the operating hours of "Legend Heroes Park," a childcare fee of MOP$500 per child per hour will be charged.

7. Once a transaction is completed and/or a booking is confirmed, all tickets are non‑refundable and/or non‑exchangeable for any reason.
