(1) Admission is only possible with staff assistance for ticket exchange. If guests go to the show venue on their own, they will be denied entry and the booking will be voided, with no rescheduling or refund of any fees;

(2) Guests must be 100% independent travellers without a tour guide. Tourists travelling to Thailand with a tour group cannot be considered independent travellers during free activity days or times permitted by the travel agency or tour guide;

(3) Independent travellers should not go to the theatre entrance in advance to inquire about prices or wait around. Once you have been there, the tour guide will not be able to bring you in, as the theatre will assume the guide is intercepting customers at the entrance;

Select your preferred booking date and fill in the details of one participant to place the order. Once payment is successful, your booking is confirmed;

When placing your order, please fill in the English name, gender, and passport number exactly as they appear on your passport;

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an e‑voucher. You may print it or download it to your mobile phone and present the confirmation slip to the tour guide;

19:00‑23:00 (The performance runs in a loop. You may enter at any time and start watching from that point. You may leave once you have watched until the point where you entered, or you may continue watching the loop if you wish);

Approximately 50 minutes;

Ticket + meeting point gathering (proceed to the meeting point at your selected time; the tour guide will escort you in);

You must be 18 years or older to book and enter. Please note that your passport number will be verified at the entrance. Please take photos of your passport, flight information, and hotel information on your mobile phone for presentation;

Strictly no cameras or video recording devices of any kind are allowed, including mobile phones with camera functions. A thorough check will be conducted at the entrance. If such items are brought in, they will be confiscated or you will be fined at your own risk. Lockers are available at the entrance, but please avoid storing expensive cameras if possible;

We recommend providing a Thai contact number for communication purposes. If you do not have a number before departure, please inform us of your number or hotel room number by any means once you arrive;
