If passengers choose other airlines, they must arrive at the SkyPier Terminal to complete check‑in procedures 110 to 120 minutes before the flight departure (depending on the airline).

3. Passengers must hold travel documents (such as a passport) with a validity of not less than six months and destination visas (if required).

4. Passengers must provide supporting documents for confirmed seat bookings, such as physical or electronic tickets (itineraries will not be regarded as valid supporting documents). Passengers must also ensure that the relevant airline can provide check‑in services at the SkyPier Terminal.

5. Passengers holding unconfirmed seat tickets, including open tickets (tickets without a designated date); or tickets with changed flight dates but without proof of confirmed departure date, will not be accepted for registration.

6. As transfer passengers must remain within the airport restricted area, passengers must ensure no luggage is left outside the airport restricted area.

7. Passengers transferring to flights departing at or before 10:15 AM may take the last bus on the preceding day to the SkyPier Terminal. Please check the list of airlines providing relevant services and operating morning flights.

8. If a passenger fails to board or is denied boarding for any reason, our company will not bear any direct or indirect losses incurred by the passenger as a result.

9. Customs Clearance Instructions: Passengers taking the coach from Macao to Hong Kong International Airport who fail to successfully complete check‑in procedures at the Macao Port are kindly requested to bring their personal items and luggage to the bus themselves; our professional luggage assistants will be happy to assist you in boarding. If the airline chosen by the passenger provides pre‑check‑in services, passengers can complete check‑in procedures at the Macao Port and must arrive at the SkyPier Terminal 70‑90 minutes before the flight departure (depending on the airline). If passengers choose other airlines, they must arrive at the SkyPier Terminal 110 to 150 minutes before the flight departure (depending on the airline).

Only 11 airlines with upstream check‑in services are accepted (Air France, All Nippon Airways, Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, EVA Air, Garuda Indonesia, HK Express, Hong Kong Airlines, Japan Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Mandarin Airlines). The service is not applicable to all flights departing for the United States.

2. The minimum connection time is 120 minutes (the flight departure time must be 2:10 PM or later).
