Passenger Notice for Direct Macau‑Hong Kong Airport Service:
1. Passengers must arrive at the Macau‑Hong Kong Airport Direct check‑in counter at least 45 minutes before coach departure to complete boarding procedures.
2. If the airline you are travelling with offers upstream check‑in services, you may check in at the Macau Port and must arrive at the SkyPier Transit Terminal 70‑90 minutes before flight departure (depending on the airline). If you are travelling with other airlines, you must arrive at the SkyPier Transit Terminal 110‑120 minutes before flight departure (depending on the airline) to complete check‑in procedures.
3. Passengers must hold a valid travel document (e.g. passport) with at least six months of validity and a visa for the destination (if required).
4. Passengers must provide proof of a confirmed seat reservation, such as a physical or electronic ticket (itineraries will not be accepted as valid proof). Passengers must also ensure that the relevant airline provides check‑in services at the SkyPier Transit Terminal.
5. Passengers holding tickets without confirmed reservations, including open tickets (tickets without a specified date), or tickets with a rescheduled flight date but without proof of a confirmed departure date, will not be accepted for registration.
6. As transit passengers must remain within the airport restricted area, passengers must ensure that they do not have any luggage stored outside the airport restricted area.
7. Passengers connecting to flights departing at or before 10:15am may take the last coach of the previous day to the SkyPier Transit Terminal. Please check the list of airlines that provide such services and operate morning flights.
8. If a passenger fails to board or is denied boarding, for any reason whatsoever, our company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by the passenger as a result.
9. Customs clearance notes: For passengers travelling from Macau to Hong Kong International Airport by coach, if you have not successfully completed check‑in at the Macau Port, please bring your personal belongings and luggage to the coach yourself. Our professional luggage assistants will be happy to assist you with boarding. For passengers travelling from Hong Kong International Airport to Macau, if needed, you may collect your luggage at the SkyPier Ferry Terminal baggage claim hall before boarding. 10. Luggage notes: The coach fare includes one piece of complimentary luggage, subject to specific weight and size restrictions. Each piece of luggage must not exceed 20kg (44 lbs) or a total dimension (length + width + height) of 158cm (62 inches). Each additional/overweight piece of luggage (not exceeding 32kg/70.5 lbs) will be charged an additional fee of HKD 90.Please note that each piece of luggage is tied to one passenger, so weight cannot be pooled or shared. The coach company reserves the right to refuse carriage of overweight, oversized luggage, or any items classified as dangerous goods (such as flammable, explosive, highly corrosive, hazardous substances, as well as animals and livestock), or items prohibited by customs regulations.

1. Only 11 airlines with upstream check‑in services are accepted (Air France, All Nippon Airways, Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, EVA Air, Garuda Indonesia, HK Express, Hong Kong Airlines, Japan Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Mandarin Airlines). The service is not applicable to all flights bound for the United States.
2. The minimum connection time is 120 minutes (flight departure time must be 2:10pm or later).
