(1) Participants must be at least 18 years old to join this activity.

(2) Some packages require at least two users to use together; please refer to the instructions provided.

(3) Please arrive 10 minutes early on the day to register. If you fail to show up after confirming the appointment time, it will be considered a no‑show, and the registered KLOOK voucher number will be voided. THANN Sanctuary will arrange a therapist of the same gender for guests.

(4) Please inform us of your physical condition (e.g., pregnancy, menstruation, heart disease, high blood pressure, or skin allergies) before the treatment.

(5) All promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

(6) Treatments are non‑refundable and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or modified.

(7) THANN SANCTUARY reserves the right to modify all terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, THANN SANCTUARY reserves the right of final decision.

If your preferred time slot is fully booked, our staff will suggest an alternative.
