Check your email or order management to view the e‑ticket, present the e‑ticket at the station for ticket inspection and board the vehicle;

Children under 3 years old are free without a seat; children aged 3 and above are charged the same price as adults;

The journey takes approximately 2 hours. Please arrive at the station 10‑15 minutes before boarding. Latecomers will not be accommodated and the ticket will be void;

(1) Each passenger may carry one piece of luggage, with maximum dimensions of 55CM x 45CM x 20CM (i.e. 22 inches x 18 inches x 8 inches); maximum weight is 10 kg (i.e. 22 lbs) and one piece of hand luggage, with maximum dimensions of 37.5CM x 25CM x 15CM (i.e. 15 inches x 10 inches x 6 inches);

(2) The bus company has the absolute discretion to refuse the loading of excessively heavy, long, or large luggage (where the total sum of length, width and height does not exceed 120CM) and other items deemed unsuitable for boarding at the company's absolute discretion, and passengers shall not object;

(3) Regarding excess luggage, the company has the right to require passengers to purchase an additional luggage ticket. For to/from Hong Kong International Airport, it is the price of a child ticket (some routes do not have a child ticket price, so the adult ticket price will be charged); for to/from Hong Kong city centre/Hong Kong Disneyland/Tung Chung Citygate, it is the price of an adult ticket;
