(1) Adult tickets must be purchased for ages 3 or above;

(2) Minimum tour group size is 20 participants;

(3) Infants aged 2 and below can join for free, excluding seats, related meals, and admission fees;

Meet at the plaza in front of JR Nagoya Station Taiko‑dori Exit at 10:50, arrival 10‑15 minutes in advance is recommended

(1) Minimum tour group size is 20 participants. If the number of participants does not reach the requirement, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation notice will be issued 7 days before departure;

(2) In case of adverse weather such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on cancellation will be made at 18:00 local time 1 day before departure, followed by notification via email;

(3) Please ensure you arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance; late arrivals will not be accommodated;

(4) Infants aged 2 and below sharing no seat on the day of the experience are free of charge. If a seat is required, charges will apply as per adult rates. Each adult is limited to bringing 1 infant sharing no seat, which must be stated in the booking remarks upon reservation;

(5) The fireworks festival will be very crowded on the day, please allow plenty of time and do not be late;

(6) The fireworks festival is crowded, please strictly follow the tour leader's instructions;

(7) No refunds will be provided if delays caused by road conditions prevent catching the opening;

(8) According to Japanese traffic regulations, bus drivers must ensure 10 hours or more of rest. Please understand if the return trip departure is delayed due to local traffic of the fireworks festival;

(9) Although trash cans are provided at the fireworks festival venue, due to the large crowds, please bring your own garbage bags and cleaning supplies;

(10) Folding chairs, simple chairs, tripods, and similar items are strictly prohibited into the venue;

(11) The fireworks festival is extremely crowded, please keep your valuables with you at all times;

(12) The fireworks festival continues into the evening and venue lighting is insufficient, please prepare lighting equipment such as a flashlight;

(13) Opening umbrellas is prohibited inside the venue, it is recommended to bring a lightweight raincoat to cope with weather changes;

(14) Leaving the tour midway will be regarded as an automatic forfeiture, no refunds can be requested, and any resulting losses shall be borne by yourself;

(15) Due to limited luggage storage space, bringing large suitcases must be notified in advance. Whether they can be brought depends on on‑site adjustments, and they cannot be accommodated when there is no space;

(16) Bus and restaurant seats for the experience tour may be shared with fellow group travelers at the same table, subject to arrangements on the day;

(17) Vehicle types are dispatched according to the number of people. Small group tours are served by a driver‑cum‑guide without an additional tour leader, and free exploration is available upon arrival;

(18) Meals cannot be customized, vegetarians please indicate in the remarks section when booking;

(19) Fruit ripening seasons are affected by weather, and pre‑picked fruits may be served;

(20) Travelers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a traveler aged 18 or above;

(21) The return trip may adjust attraction stay times or cancel certain attractions due to road conditions, and the return arrival time may be delayed. Please do not arrange other activities on that evening;
