(1) All persons aged 6 or above are charged at adult rate;
(2) Children aged 2‑5 who do not require a bed can purchase at child rate; if a bed is required, please purchase at adult rate;
(3) Infants under 1 year old who do not occupy a seat or bed can join free of charge; each adult may bring only one infant who does not occupy a seat or bed. If accompanied by such infant, please notify us in the remarks column when placing the order;
(4) Triple room is charged at the same rate as twin room for two persons;
(5) If 3 travellers wish to book a triple room, please select 3 persons under the twin room option when placing the order, and a triple room will be arranged;
(6) Minimum group size is 20 persons;
Meet at 08:10 in front of the plaza at Taiko‑dori Exit, JR Nagoya Station. Please arrive 10‑15 minutes early
(1) The meeting point at Taiko‑dori Exit, JR Nagoya Station is currently under renovation with no clear signage nearby. Please refer to the Google Map location shown on the product page;
(2) The minimum group size is 20 persons. If the number of participants does not reach the required minimum, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 14 days before the departure date;
(3) In case of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or blizzards, a decision on whether the tour will be cancelled will be made 1 day before departure (18:00 local time), and participants will be notified by email thereafter;
(4) Room type is subject to hotel availability and cannot be specified;
(5) If you have special requests such as smoking/non‑smoking rooms or allergy needs, please indicate them in advance; arrangements are subject to the hotel and cannot be specified;
(6) Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes for the tour;
(7) During winter, snow scenery may not be viewable at each tourist attraction depending on weather conditions;
(8) The Chubu region of Japan is very cold during the snow season. Please wear cold‑weather clothing, an outer coat, and slip‑resistant shoes;
(9) If the first day's lunch cannot be rescheduled due to the restaurant being fully booked, a refund of JPY 2,000 per person will be issued and participants may choose their own meals on‑site;
(10) Meals cannot be customised. If you are vegetarian or do not eat beef, please notify us in the remarks column when booking. As ingredients need to be prepared in advance, requests for changes on the departure day cannot be accommodated. We appreciate your understanding;
(11) Due to limited luggage compartment space, each person may bring only one large suitcase on the coach. If you have more than one, please notify us in the remarks column;

Cancellation 42 days (inclusive) or more before the selected date: a handling fee of 5% will be charged.
Cancellation between 31 and 41 days before the selected date: a handling fee of 10% will be charged.
