(1) This product requires real‑name booking, with a limit of 3 tickets per ID document. (2) Booking method: After online purchase, you will receive an SMS containing a web link. Open the link to book online. After submitting the booking, you need to wait for the merchant to confirm whether the booking is successful. (3) Please complete the booking by 23:00 on October 30, 2026. Bookings cannot be made after the deadline. (4) Generally, bookings for the same day can be made before 18:00 on that day. Please refer to the actual prompts in the booking system. (5) Once the booking is successful, you may choose to visit for 3 consecutive days within the validity period from today to October 31, 2026. Expired tickets will be void.

(1) Unbooked orders can be refunded at any time. (2) Once a booking is successful, it cannot be refunded or rescheduled. (3) For unused and unredeemed tickets within the validity period, refund applications can be submitted within 7 days after expiry, and no service fee will be charged for the refund. (4) Once tickets are redeemed, used, or expired, they cannot be refunded. Partial refunds for orders are not supported.

Proceed to the self‑service ticket kiosks or ticket office at Guangzhou Sunac Land with the ticket redemption code to collect physical tickets before entering the park. When experiencing the first ride/attraction, scan your ticket at the turnstile and register the visitor's facial recognition data to lock in the visitor. Once registered, the person cannot be changed, and subsequent rides/attractions can be accessed using facial recognition.

Children under 1.0 metre (exclusive of 1.0 metre) can enjoy free admission to the attractions included in the Sunac Land fee. Attractions available for free admission are subject to the equipment's minimum height/riding requirements. Each child with free admission must be accompanied by a ticket‑holding adult with safety guardianship capabilities, and each ticket‑holding adult can only bring one child with free admission.

(1) This package includes designated area amusement rides, as well as 1 general seating ticket for "Dream Back to Lingnan" and 1 Circus show ticket. You can visit for 3 consecutive days within the validity period, with unlimited entries to the included rides each day. Specific equipment and show availability are subject to the actual operations of the park on the day of visit. (2) Fee excludes: All personal consumption, other items not mentioned in the inclusion list (such as Crazy Animal Town, Star Tower ‑ High Altitude Rafting, etc.), and other unmentioned performing arts shows or other paid shows introduced by the park.

(1) Designated amusement rides can be enjoyed continuously for 3 days within the ticket validity period. (2) If entering the park on October 29, you can enjoy a total of 3 consecutive days from October 29 to October 31. (3) If entering the park on October 30, you can enjoy a total of 2 consecutive days from October 30 to October 31. (4) If entering the park on October 31, you can only enjoy that single day on October 31.

(1) Please pay attention to the actual session times of the performing arts programs on the day and arrange your viewing time reasonably. The theatre seating is unreserved and on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Admission begins 30 minutes before the show. (2) Rides and attractions have requirements regarding height, weight, age, and accompaniment. Visitors are advised to assess their own physical condition before participating. Specific participation requirements are subject to the notices posted in the park. (3) For some parent‑child amusement facilities in the park, children require adult accompaniment when riding (or when adults ride while bringing children), and both adults and children must purchase tickets according to regulations before experiencing them. (4) Some amusement facilities in the park are not suitable for pregnant women, intoxicated individuals, and those suffering from high blood pressure, heart disease, neck and back disorders, epilepsy, asthma, or those medically identified as unfit for strenuous exercise. Visitors are advised to choose their rides and attractions carefully. (5) Please take good care of your ticket redemption code and do not disclose it to others. Disclosure or loss of the redemption code will result in failure to enter the park normally, and a new ticket must be purchased. If physical tickets are retrieved, please keep them safe. Tickets are non‑named and non‑replaceable if lost. If tickets are lost or damaged due to personal reasons resulting in failure to enter or enjoy the park, new tickets must be purchased. (6) Visitors cooperating with the facial recognition data collection shall be deemed to have agreed to Sunac collecting and storing the visitor's facial recognition information. Once registered, facial recognition information cannot be changed. The registered facial recognition information is only used for attraction identification purposes. (7) If you wish to watch performing arts shows or paid shows introduced by the park that are not mentioned on the ticket, please purchase tickets separately.

(1) To ensure the safety of yourself and other visitors, please submit to security checks proactively. Please do not bring flammable, explosive, or other dangerous goods and state‑controlled weapons. All external food, beverages, and drinking water, including but not limited to the above items (except infant food) and other items deemed by staff to pose safety hazards, are prohibited from entering the park. (2) To ensure safety, the scenic spot may adjust the opening and closing hours, project or performance availability, and schedules due to abnormal weather, special events, visitor congestion, equipment maintenance, and other force majeure factors. Please refer to the actual announcements inside the park on the day of your visit. (3) All amusement rides undergo regular daily, weekly, and annual inspections.
