【Special Notes】

1. Entry to the ski resort must be made within the specified validity period. Tickets are valid for single entry only; re‑entry requires purchasing a new ticket.

2. Please note the latest operating hours on the day and arrange your entry time properly to avoid insufficient play time.

3. Visitor flow is heavy during holidays and festivals. Please arrive early to exchange tickets and queue for entry. During peak hours, crowd control measures may be implemented on‑site. Thank you for your cooperation!

4. On the day of your visit, please use the ticket redemption code to exchange for a ski card at the self‑service card machine or ticket counter inside the ski resort / Sunac Mall. Entry requires passing through the gates with the ski card.

5. Ski suits, snow boots, lockers (including wristbands), helmets, and ski cards are provided free of charge without deposit. Any damage or loss will be compensated according to the resort's posted price list.

6. After entering the ski resort, please keep your ski card with you at all times. It is required for collecting and returning equipment, and must be returned upon exiting the resort.

【Skiing Notice】

1. Skiing is a high‑risk sport. If you suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, or any condition that a doctor advises against strenuous exercise, or if you are pregnant, under the influence of alcohol, or affected by medication, please choose carefully based on your physical condition.

2. Minors should be accompanied by an adult when skiing. Seniors are not recommended to participate in skiing.

3. It is recommended to purchase sports accident insurance covering skiing in advance. Please carefully read and comply with all safety notices, venue rules, and equipment instructions, including the Entry Notice, Security Check Notice, Skiers' Notice, Skiers' Code of Conduct, and Skiers' Behaviour and Safety Guidelines. Please pay attention to all warning and instruction signs in the venue and follow the relevant regulations.

4. The venue features slopes of varying difficulty, including beginner, intermediate, and advanced slopes. Beginners skiing on intermediate or advanced slopes are prone to sports injuries. The venue also features kickers, jumps, rails, and terrain park areas, which require advanced skiing skills. Please choose carefully based on your own skiing level, and always ski within your abilities while paying attention to safety.

5. Please wear a skiing helmet throughout your session. It is recommended that you bring and wear protective gear such as gloves, goggles, face guards, wrist guards, elbow pads, back protectors, knee pads, and hip pads to minimise the risk of injury.

6. Please choose ski equipment suitable for your skill level. Before skiing, check that the rental equipment is in good condition, that the DIN setting of the ski bindings matches your height, weight, and boot size, that the release torque of the ski bindings is appropriate, and that the angle and spacing of snowboard bindings are suitable. If anything is unsuitable, please inform the staff promptly and have it adjusted or replaced.

7. Beginners are advised to hire a ski instructor for guidance before heading to the slopes. Ski instruction services are available on‑site and can be purchased as needed.

8. To avoid unnecessary disputes, please refrain from the following actions:

(1) Using the product beyond the scope of entitlements (including areas and activities), conducting unauthorised ski lessons, commercial filming, live streaming, personal vending, or obtaining/purchasing goods or services for resale or any other improper purposes;

(2) Allowing others to use your product entitlements through transfer, resale, or lending;

(3) Engaging in any dangerous, illegal, or aggressive behaviour;

(4) Engaging in conduct that seriously disrupts normal resort operations or seriously endangers the safety of persons or property;

(5) Any other improper behaviour.

In any of the above cases, the resort has the right to take any or all of the following measures at any time without assuming liability for compensation or other breach of contract:

(1) Adding you to the visitor blacklist, including the Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle blacklist (barring you from entering Guangzhou Hot Snow Miracle), the Hot Snow Miracle brand blacklist (barring you from entering any Hot Snow Miracle ski resort or partner‑operated ski resorts), and the industry alliance blacklist;

(2) Revoking, voiding, or freezing your products and entitlements, with no extension, deferral, or refund for unused remaining periods/fees;

(3) Charging a penalty of 30% of the order amount, and continuing to pursue compensation if the penalty is insufficient to cover the losses.

9. Smoking is prohibited inside the ski resort (including tobacco products, e‑cigarettes, or any other products that produce smoke). To maintain a pleasant environment, please do not smoke inside the resort. Otherwise, you will be added to the visitor blacklist and banned from the resort for 15 days.

10. If any equipment in the resort malfunctions or develops faults during operation, it may need to be shut down for inspection. Some facilities may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In such cases, tickets will not be extended or refunded.

11. Due to capacity, severe weather, special events, safety, or order considerations, the operating hours or availability of activities may be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the official announcements of the resort on the day of your visit.

12. Please cooperate with security checks before entry. Do not bring flammable or explosive dangerous items, government‑regulated weapons, or items that pose safety hazards. Personal vending by visitors is prohibited inside the resort. Please do not bring excessive items. Outside food, beverages, drinking water, and other food items (except infant food) may cause food safety issues; please consume them before entering.

13. If you experience any discomfort or emergency during your visit, please seek help from on‑site staff immediately or call the rescue hotline at 020‑66838071.
