(1) No refunds for latecomers or no‑shows;

(2) Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the activity time;

(3) Please use the toilet before coming;

(4) As the boat is operated by a single captain, there is no reception at the boarding point (the boat will arrive 10 minutes before departure);

(5) Due to river gate operations and construction works, the itinerary may be slightly delayed;

(1) The cruise route may be changed or suspended due to bad weather or tidal conditions;

(2) For your safety, please follow the captain's instructions when boarding;

(3) In case of rain, a canopy will be set up (please note that the canopy may not be installed due to tide levels);

(4) In case of bad weather, we may need to cancel the itinerary. Please note that we are not responsible for any transportation costs incurred to reach the activity location;

(5) Please arrive at the boarding point 10 minutes before the departure time (nearby parking may be crowded). If you do not arrive on time, you may not be able to board. Except for weather reasons, cancellations due to personal reasons (including lateness caused by traffic congestion) will incur a cancellation fee;

(6) This activity is not suitable for prams and wheelchairs;
