The tour takes approximately 50 minutes.

Infants under 24 months of age are admitted free of charge; please bring an infant identity document to verify age.

If you plan to bring an infant, please inform the local travel agency in advance by phone. We may not be able to accommodate infant passengers if the passenger limit has been reached.

Visitors travelling by car can park in the cinema car park, with 2 hours of free parking.

The Haeundae River Cruise route is based on Route A, but may be changed to Route B depending on weather conditions.

Route A:

Boarding ‑ Suyeong Suyeonggyo Bridge ‑ Suyeonggangbyeon‑gyo Bridge ‑ Suyeonggyo Bridge ‑ Millak Bridge ‑ Waterfront Park (Marine City ‑ Gwangan Bridge ‑ Return to boarding point for disembarkation

Route B:

Boarding ‑ Suyeong Suyeonggyo Bridge ‑ Gwangan Bridge (Cherry Blossom Street) ‑ Suyeonggyo Bridge ‑ Millak Bridge ‑ Waterfront Park (Marine City ‑ Return to boarding point for disembarkation

(1) Please ensure you arrive at the designated location 30 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent schedules, late arrivals will not be accommodated;

(2) In the event of severe weather, typhoons, or blizzards, we will notify you at least 2 hours before departure regarding the earliest available cancellation schedule;

(3) It is recommended that travellers bring a lightweight jacket for sun protection and warmth;

(4) The drone show is an event hosted by the Busan Metropolitan City Government and may be cancelled in advance or on the day due to adverse weather, communication issues, or external event conflicts. No refunds will be issued if the drone show is cancelled;

(5) If the drone show is cancelled, the scale of the fireworks display will be increased by two to three times;

(6) If fireworks cannot be launched due to adverse weather, an additional Polaroid photo shooting service will be provided;

(7) The fireworks display starts after 19:00 from Sunday to Friday, and after 18:30 on Saturday. Visitors who visit earlier can receive one printed Polaroid photo;

Must be used in accordance with the booked date and within the opening hours of that day; it will expire thereafter.
