Please bring their valid identification documents for verification purposes.

Between 15:00 and 17:00 on the day before departure, we will send a reminder to your email address. This email will contain a group chat link through which you can communicate directly with our travel staff. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam or promotional mail folder.

Please make sure to wait at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time. If you arrive late and miss the boarding time, no refund will be provided.

If you need to change the meeting point, please inform your tour guide or contact TOURSTORY. Due to operational reasons, requests made within 2 days before departure may not be accommodated.

Regarding bringing a stroller or luggage, please contact our customer service team, as it depends on the size of the bus on the day of your travel. We recommend contacting us after 10:00 AM Korean time on the day before your travel date.

Sky Capsule capacity: Each Sky Capsule can accommodate up to 4 passengers and may be shared with other guests.

The actual boarding time for the Sky Capsule may be adjusted based on the conditions of the day.

The itinerary order may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or other operational conditions.

This tour does not include insurance. We recommend that you purchase insurance for minor accidents on your own.

In case of any emergency (e.g., unable to find the meeting point), please call the phone number at the bottom of the voucher.

Please note that the maximum group size is 43 people per tour (maximum bus capacity).

Sunset times vary by season, so the best viewing spots may change during the tour.

Songdo Marine Walkway and Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory may be closed due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns. In case of closure, Songdo Marine Walkway will be replaced with the National Maritime Museum or P.ARK, and the Cheongsapo Daritdol Observatory itinerary will be adjusted accordingly.
