(4) A minimum of 2 mountain buggies is required for booking;

(5) Children (aged 15 and below) cannot drive alone and must be accompanied by an adult male or an instructor;

(6) An adult male driver may carry one child on the rear seat, while female drivers are not permitted to carry children;

(1) As the specific pick‑up time will only be confirmed by the facility one day before the departure date, please select your preferred pick‑up hotel; the pick‑up time cannot be specified;

(2) Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the departure time. Please note that we are not responsible for latecomers;

(3) The complimentary shuttle bus may occasionally be delayed due to bad weather, traffic congestion, or other reasons. In the event of significant delays, guests may be asked to alight near a nearby MRT station and leave the tour;

(4) Please refrain from eating, drinking, or talking loudly on the bus;

(5) Large luggage cannot be brought on board;

(6) The complimentary shuttle bus will depart after all customers have completed their experiences; it may depart earlier depending on the number of participants;

(7) Outdoor activities carry certain risks; please drive within your capabilities;

(8) Two adults cannot share one buggy;

(9) Due to relatively weaker physical strength, two females cannot drive the same buggy simultaneously;

(10) In the event of a storm on the day of use, the facility may be temporarily closed;

(11) Bookings for mountain buggies are accepted from a minimum of 2 buggies;

(12) Rental of experience boots and children's items (experience jackets, gloves, helmets, rainwear) is not provided;

(13) Depending on the course selected on the day, the waiting time may exceed 1 hour; you may also return by taxi, JR, or bus;

(14) Those with heart disease, epilepsy, or asthma cannot participate;

(15) Women who are pregnant or may be pregnant are not allowed to participate;

(16) Persons with behavioural issues or mental/psychological disorders cannot participate;

(17) Those who have undergone surgery for hernia, lumbar spine, or spinal conditions, or whose symptoms may be aggravated by vibration, are not allowed to join this tour;

(18) Those with injuries to fingers, arms, legs, or with sequelae from fractures or dislocations cannot participate;

(19) Those under the influence of medication or alcohol cannot participate; if alcohol odour is detected at the meeting point, an alcohol detector will be used for testing;

(20) If the staff determines that your skills or physical strength may lead to accidents or injuries, they may correct your riding technique;
