JR Sapporo - Noboribetsu Area Rail Pass

The voucher is valid for 90 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the last day

Free for children aged 0‑1

Each adult holding a rail pass can bring up to two children aged 1‑5 for free (without a seat)

From the third child onwards, a separate child rail pass must be purchased

JR Pass is only applicable to non‑Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" visa; non‑Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan are not eligible to use it

Please obtain the "Temporary Visitor" stamp/sticker upon entry to use the JR Pass legally

If using the automated gate, you will not be able to obtain the above stamp/sticker

Japanese passport holders who have lived outside Japan for more than 10 years are eligible to use the JR Pass, provided they hold (1) a valid Japanese passport (2) a copy of overseas household registration or overseas residence certificate issued by the Japanese Embassy or the embassy of the country of residence

After arriving in Japan, please present the electronic exchange voucher and passport at New Chitose Airport Station, Sapporo Station, or Noboribetsu Station to obtain the JR Pass

The exchange voucher is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance; please exchange the voucher for the JR Pass within 90 days

Please note that the JR Pass can only be exchanged using an exchange voucher issued in your own name

Seat reservations can be made at the ticket office through station staff

Reservations can also be made using the reserved seat ticket vending machine. When using the machine, please select English, Chinese, or Korean for operation
