(1) Ages 12 and above charged the same as adult;
(2) Minimum group size: 4 persons;
(1) Day 1 meeting point: 08:10 at the lobby of Sapporo Tokyu REI Hotel, 08:20 at the 1F Information Center of Sapporo TV Tower;
(2) Day 2 meeting point: 07:20 at the hotel lobby;
(1) The blooming period of autumn leaves varies each year and may be earlier or later than expected;
(2) To reach Kurodake 7th Station, you may take the double chairlift. Tickets must be purchased on‑site at your own expense: adult 1,200 yen, child 600 yen. The one‑way ride takes 15 minutes. Please pay attention to the return time;
(3) At Mikuni Pass, if parking is not available, viewing will be done from the coach window instead;
(4) Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes early. The coach will depart on time. Passengers arriving after departure will not be held responsible by our company;
(5) Guests meeting at the hotel should gather at the hotel lobby. Guests boarding at en‑route stops should note that the coach may be delayed due to traffic conditions;
(6) There may be times when we arrive at the next attraction early or end the tour early due to facility closures or restricted visiting hours;
(7) The coach may be delayed due to traffic jams or bad weather. If you need to catch connecting transport, please allow sufficient time for your next ride;
(8) The tour may be cancelled due to natural disasters or severe weather. In such cases, please contact us to confirm the departure status;
(9) Visiting time at each attraction may be adjusted depending on en‑route conditions;
(10) If there is no reservation 5 days before departure, the tour on that day will be cancelled;
(11) A minimum of 4 persons is required for the tour to run. Guests will be notified no later than 5 days before departure whether the tour is confirmed;
(12) The type of vehicle will be arranged based on the number of guests. If the group is small, a smaller vehicle will be provided and a driver will serve you. The driver can communicate in basic English;
(13) If Biei Shrine cannot accept general visits due to festivals, we will not stop there. We appreciate your understanding;
(14) Each guest may bring one suitcase. If you have more than one, please inform our customer service when placing your order;
(15) We will try our best to arrange a hotel very close to the station, but during peak season when hotels are fully booked, the hotel will be at least within a 15‑minute walk from JR Asahikawa Station;
Cancellation or change from 11 days to 9 days before the participation date: a fee of 20% of the participation fee will be charged.
Cancellation or change from 8 days to 3 days before the participation date: a fee of 30% of the participation fee will be charged.
Cancellation or change 2 days before the participation date: a fee of 40% of the participation fee will be charged.
Cancellation or change on the day of participation before departure: a fee of 50% of the participation fee will be charged.
For guests who do not participate after departure or without contact: a fee of 100% of the participation fee will be charged.
