(1) Infants aged 0‑2 not occupying a seat are free of charge, but participation is not recommended. If participation is absolutely necessary, please notify us by email in advance;
(2) Children under 2 years old who need a seat must purchase a ticket at the adult price and a remark must be added. Children aged 2 and above are charged the same as adults;
(3) Elderly aged 65 or above must be in good health suitable for travel, and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above throughout the trip;
(4) Passengers suffering from the following illnesses or those who are not suitable for excessive stimulation are prohibited from participating in this activity: hypertension, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, and pregnant women. If you conceal such conditions when booking, you shall bear the consequences yourself;
(5) This itinerary is a fixed shared‑ride tour. Customers joining this tour must strictly adhere to the stop times at each scenic spot and follow the driver‑guide's arrangements. If you fail to keep time, the guide will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes;
(6) No refunds will be given for failure to participate or early termination of the itinerary due to personal issues, lateness, etc. If you leave the group midway, no refund will be provided, and you shall bear any consequences arising from personal injury or property loss;
(7) If you carry large luggage, please inform us at the time of booking. During the trip, please keep your passport and valuables with you and store them properly. You shall be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage;
(8) Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages may be carried, but eating is prohibited inside the coach. If any stains are caused inside the vehicle, compensation shall be paid according to local cleaning standards;
(9) Due to traffic conditions, weather, festivals, or crowd levels on the day, arrival times of each itinerary may vary, and the order of the itinerary may also be reversed. As Japanese regulations stipulate that vehicle use shall not exceed 10 hours, in the event of delays, cancellations, shortened scenic spot visits, or reduced number of scenic spots due to peak holiday traffic or force majeure, please understand. You may not use this as a reason to demand a refund or leave a negative review;
(10) The vehicle type is assigned according to the number of participants. If there are fewer than 12 participants, a vehicle with 14 seats or fewer will be used, with only a driver and no guide. If there are more than 12 participants, one driver and one guide will be arranged. This product is a shared‑ride service, and you may be travelling with other guests;
(11) The guide will recommend lunch and local Japanese specialties, including regional cuisine, ice cream, horse oil and other local products. There is no obligation to make purchases;
(12) During holidays, weekends, or Japanese peak holiday periods, traffic congestion is expected and may cause delays of 2 to 5 hours. Therefore, we recommend that you flexibly adjust your evening itinerary arrangements;
(13) The day tour does not include personal travel insurance or personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase it yourself. Outdoor activities and high‑risk sports involve inherent risks and dangers. Please assess your own health and abilities. 10:10, 50 minutes, Yotei Mountain Meisui Park (名水公園). Not only does it feature one of Japan's Top 100 Natural Springs with sweet, refreshing water, but it's also a stunningly photogenic spot with beautiful scenery and fewer crowds!
12:10, 1 hour, Shōwa‑Shinzan Bear Park. Around 100 purebred Hokkaido brown bears are kept here, divided into several zones. When they see visitors, the bears stand up, bow, and wave – very interactive.
13:20, 20 minutes, Lake Toya Observatory. Beautiful all year round – fresh greenery in spring, blue lake waters in summer, autumn colours in fall, and picturesque snowy scenery in winter.
15:40, 30 minutes, Jozankei. Stroll along the stream as colourful autumn leaves paint the mountains around the hot spring town in vibrant hues. The view near Nishiki Bridge is particularly recommended.
16:10, 1 hour 30 minutes, Hoheikyo Dam. In autumn, the atmosphere is rich with fall colours – layers of red, yellow and orange across the mountains! Surrounded by green waters and picturesque scenery, it's one of the top leisure spots and famous for viewing autumn leaves!
