(1) Service hours: 24‑hour all‑day service;

(2) Duration: depends on the destination, please confirm when selecting the plan;

(3) Free waiting time: 30 minutes free waiting at hotels and ski resorts. If the waiting time exceeds this, an overtime waiting fee of 2,900 yen (tax inclusive) will be charged every 15 minutes, payable directly to the driver on site;

(4) Late‑night hours: departures between 20:00 and 07:00 will incur a 20% night surcharge, which must be arranged with the supplier;

(5) Language service: this transfer service provides Japanese‑speaking drivers only. If you encounter language difficulties, our customer service team is available to assist you at any time;

(6) Child seats: if you require child seats, please inform us in advance of the number of children needing child seats. There is no additional charge, but availability cannot be guaranteed depending on the actual situation; installing a child seat requires the space equivalent to 1 to 1.5 adult seats;

(1) Premium 3‑seater: luxury vehicle is the Alphard Executive Lounge, passenger and luggage reference: 3 passengers + 4 pieces of luggage under 29 inches;

(2) 4‑seater sedan comfortable vehicle: luxury vehicle is Toyota Crown, Toyota Camry, JP Taxi or equivalent, passenger and luggage reference: 4 passengers + 2 pieces of luggage under 29 inches; 1‑3 passengers + 2 pieces of luggage under 29 inches + 1 piece of luggage under 20 inches;

(3) 5‑seater comfortable vehicle: comfortable vehicle is Toyota Noah or equivalent, passenger and luggage reference: 5 passengers + 2 pieces of luggage under 29 inches; 4 passengers + 4 pieces of luggage under 29 inches;

(4) 5‑seater luxury vehicle: luxury vehicle is Toyota Alphard or equivalent, passenger and luggage reference: 4‑5 passengers + 4 pieces of luggage under 29 inches; 1‑3 passengers + 4 pieces of luggage under 29 inches + 2 pieces of luggage under 20 inches;

(5) 9‑seater comfortable vehicle: luxury vehicle is Toyota HIACE or equivalent, passenger and luggage reference: 1‑9 passengers + 10 pieces of luggage under 29 inches;

(1) Overtime waiting fee: free waiting time for airport pickup is 60 minutes, and 30 minutes for other locations (such as hotels and ski resorts); if the waiting time exceeds this, an overtime waiting fee of 2,900 yen (tax inclusive) will be charged every 15 minutes, payable directly to the driver on site;

(2) Late‑night service fee: for departures between 20:00 and 07:00, an additional 20% of the original fee will be charged as a late‑night service fee, which must be arranged with the supplier;

(1) Please make sure to provide us with your local contact details and method of contact, as the driver will need this information to reach you. Contact methods include local phone number, FB Messenger, LINE, WhatsApp, WeChat, etc.;

(2) When booking, please accurately provide your flight information, pickup location, and destination details in the remarks section. Pickup locations may include ski resorts, hotels, guesthouses, and residences. Please provide the exact address to ensure a smooth transfer;

(3) When booking, please accurately provide the actual number of passengers, number of luggage pieces, luggage size, and number of child seats; as the number of luggage items increases, the number of passengers that can be accommodated will decrease; if the number of passengers or luggage on the day of use exceeds the specified amount, additional charges may apply; if the actual details differ significantly from the information provided in advance, the local operator may refuse to provide the service;

(4) In accordance with legal requirements, children under 6 years old must use child seats; if you are travelling with children under 6, please inform us in advance of the number of children needing child seats; please note that installing a child seat requires the space equivalent to 1 to 1.5 adult seats;

(5) If delays occur due to weather, traffic congestion, or other reasons, additional charges may apply; in addition, we cannot provide refunds even if you miss your flight due to force majeure events such as road maintenance, traffic congestion, or strikes. Please allow sufficient time when making your booking;
