(5) The snow monkeys in Jigokudani are wild animals and may not be present at the time of your visit; please do not interact with the monkeys or stare into their eyes to avoid provoking aggressive behaviour;
(6) The monkeys spend most of their time out of the water;
(7) The above lunch menu may vary depending on availability;
(8) The Kamakura no Sato Festival is held only from late January to late February. During this period, there will be snow and ice on the ground. Please bring snow boots and anti‑slip equipment;
(9) The size of the tour bus may vary depending on the number of participants; it may be a medium or small coach;
(10) To ensure a smooth journey, please strictly follow the recommended departure time;
(11) The tour will depart at the scheduled time and may be adjusted at the discretion of the tour guide;
(12) No refund will be given to latecomers;
(13) It is recommended to wear warm clothing and walking shoes or non‑slip footwear;
