(1) The minimum group size for the tour is 25 persons. If the number of participants does not reach the above‑mentioned minimum, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 4 days before the departure date;
(2) Please arrive at the designated location at least 15 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying the rest of the itinerary, latecomers will not be waited for;
(3) The itinerary order may be subject to change;
(4) To reach the five‑storied pagoda at Arakura Sengen Park, you need to climb 398 steps from the park entrance. Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing. Alternatively, there is a detour route via a gently sloping uphill path, which takes about 10 minutes on foot;
(5) Even if you are not confident in your walking ability, you can still enjoy views of Mt. Fuji from near the park entrance, but you will not be able to see the view of Mt. Fuji and the five‑storied pagoda together;
(6) Depending on weather conditions, Mt. Fuji may not be visible;
(7) The tour fee includes one bunch of Shine Muscat grapes to take home;
(8) If you choose the infant tour fare, all services during the tour are included;
(9) The best time to view autumn leaves may vary depending on weather conditions. Although the departure dates are arranged based on the usual viewing period, please note that the autumn leaves on your departure day may not be at their best. Even if you cancel your booking due to autumn leaf viewing conditions, a cancellation fee will still apply. Please also note that we may adjust the itinerary based on the autumn leaf conditions on the departure day. If the tour is confirmed to depart, it will proceed as scheduled regardless of autumn leaf conditions. Best time to view autumn leaves: usually from early November to late November;
