(2) Children aged 0‑3 who do not occupy a seat ride free of charge;

(3) Children aged 3 and above are charged the same price as adults;

(1) The driver will not enter the attractions with you and does not provide commentary services;

(2) On weekends and public holidays, travel time may take twice as long as usual; weekdays are recommended;

(3) The itinerary order may be subject to change based on local weather and traffic conditions;

(4) In case of severe weather (e.g. typhoons), the travel agency will contact you before the tour on the day and provide a full refund;

(5) Please provide your messaging app (Kakaotalk, WhatsApp, WeChat, Viber) ID or contact number when booking, and ensure your ID or number can be reached;

(6) When adding friends via LINE across countries, messages may not be sent successfully. We recommend using other communication apps such as WhatsApp, WeChat, Kakao or Viber to ensure smooth communication. We are not responsible for any inconvenience caused by connection issues, and we appreciate your understanding;

(7) The vehicle will be arranged according to the final group size. If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking;

(8) The tour duration is approximately 12 hours. An additional charge of KRW 30,000 per hour will apply for overtime;

(9) Photos are for reference only; the actual product shall prevail;

(10) Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity;

(11) Please carry your passport and valuables with you during the trip and keep them safe. You shall be solely responsible for any loss, theft or damage;

(12) Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before departure to ensure the tour departs on time. No refunds will be given to participants who are late or fail to arrive at the meeting point at the designated time;

(13) Pick‑up/drop‑off in the Seoul suburbs is subject to an additional charge;

(14) Night‑time hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM are charged at KRW 50,000 per hour;

If the number of passengers or the number/weight of luggage exceeds the limits, the driver has the right to refuse service without any refund
