Ticket Collection: On the experience day, present your passport and show the booking confirmation email on your mobile phone to exchange for admission
Rescheduling is not allowed within 1 day before the use date; if rescheduling is required, please apply at least 2 days in advance.
Refund is not allowed within 1 day before the use date; if a refund is required, please apply at least 2 days in advance, and a handling fee of 2% of the payment amount will be charged.
For users who pay via PayPal or Stripe, a handling fee of 4% of the payment amount will be charged.
Located in Hongcheon, Gangwon‑do, Alpaca World covers an area of 330,000 square metres. In addition to alpacas, more than ten species of animals are kept here, including ostriches, miniature horses, peacocks, deer and camels. In this forest animal world, you can interact with alpacas and other animals. It is a paradise for children and a wonderful place for adults to relax and unwind. Looking into those big alpaca eyes — isn't it just so healing?
