(1) This offer is not applicable to holders of Korean passports;

(2) Children aged 0‑3 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge;

(3) Children aged over 3 (or over 36 months) will be charged the same fare as adults;

(4) A minimum of 8 participants is required for this activity. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we will arrange a reschedule or a full refund for you;

(1) The itinerary schedule is for reference only. The timing arranged by the tour guide will be subject to the actual on‑site conditions on the day;

(2) This package includes Korea's signature dish “Spicy Stir‑fried Chicken Ribs (Dakgalbi)”, one serving per person. You may add other menu items at your own expense to enrich your dining experience;

(3) The ski tour will be shared ride;

(4) Children's ski equipment: minimum size is 15 cm (based on sole length), while the maximum adult size is 30 cm (based on sole length);

(5) If children or adults are unable to participate in skiing due to ill‑fitting ski equipment, no compensation or refund can be claimed (please pay special attention when making a reservation);

(6) Ski equipment must be worn when entering the ski resort. Infants and young children not participating in skiing will not be allowed to enter the ski resort without wearing the equipment;

(7) Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before departure. The tour will depart on time. No refund will be given for latecomers or no‑shows;

(8) The order of the itinerary may be adjusted according to local weather and traffic conditions;

(9) The vehicle will be arranged based on the final number of participants. If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking;

(10) Please carry your passport and valuables with you at all times during the trip and keep them safe. You shall bear any loss, theft or damage yourself;

(11) The tour guide will contact you via the messaging app you provided on the day before departure. Please provide your messaging app ID (WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, WeChat or LINE) or contact phone number when booking, and ensure that your ID or number can be reached;

(12) Although it is not mandatory, it is still recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance on your own before participating in this activity;

(13) The departure and end dates of this product will be adjusted according to the opening hours of the ski resort and the ski season;
