(5)This activity requires a minimum of 4 participants to form a group. If the minimum group size is not reached, we will arrange a reschedule or a full refund for you;

(1)Kind Reminder: Before 10 December, due to weather conditions, the ski resort may only open beginner slopes, moving walkways, or some ski lifts. In such cases, no refund or cancellation service will be provided. If you are looking for a more complete and higher quality skiing experience, we recommend booking a date after 10 December;

(2)All ski itineraries include basic ski lesson instruction. If you do not participate in the lesson, you will be considered to have waived the lesson, and you cannot use this as a reason to claim compensation or a refund;

(3)The itinerary is for reference only, and the schedule arranged by the tour guide is subject to the on‑site conditions on the day;

(4)Ski/Snowboard/Snow Mountain tours will be shared rides;

(5)Children's ski equipment: the smallest size is 15 cm (measured by sole length), and the largest size for adults is 30 cm (measured by sole length);

(6)To enter the ski resort, you must wear ski equipment. Infants and children who do not participate in skiing are not allowed to enter the ski resort without equipment;

(7)One ski instructor can teach a maximum of 17‑20 customers at the same time;

(8)Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before departure; the tour group will depart on time. No refunds will be given to participants who are late or fail to arrive at the meeting point at the designated time;

(9)The order of the itinerary may be adjusted according to local weather and traffic conditions;

(10)Vehicles will be arranged based on the final number of group members. If you need to bring luggage, please contact customer service in advance after booking;

(11)Please keep your passport and valuables with you during the trip. You shall bear the responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage;

(12)The tour guide will contact you via the application you provided the day before departure. Please provide your instant messaging application ID (WhatsApp, Viber, KakaoTalk, WeChat, or LINE) or contact number at the time of booking, and ensure that your ID or number is contactable;

(13)Although not mandatory, it is recommended that you purchase accident and/or travel insurance before participating in this activity;

(14)According to the opening hours of the ski resort, the departure and end times of this product will vary with the ski season;

(15)From 1 to 5 December, the ski resort will only open the magic carpet, and the cable cars may not be available;

(16)Due to weather conditions in March, the snow quality at the ski resort may gradually deteriorate. It is recommended that travellers planning to travel in March consider this in advance. In addition, the supplier may cancel the trip due to snow conditions and will contact affected travellers if necessary. Please check for any updates from the supplier the day before departure;
