(1)Includes 1 breakfast and 2 main meals (non‑refundable if unused);

(2)Air‑conditioned tour coach equipped with GPS safety monitoring system, ensuring one seat per person;

(3)First admission tickets to attractions explicitly stated in the itinerary (Chen Cihong's Former Residence, Yingge Dance Performance, Xiangzi Bridge, Guangji Gate Tower, etc.), excluding self‑funded items within the scenic areas;

(4)If holding concessionary or complimentary tickets (e.g., student ID, tour guide ID, senior citizen card, military officer ID, etc.), please inform the tour guide in advance and present the documents before purchasing tickets. According to the scenic area's concession policy, the travel agency will refund the corresponding ticket fees based on the group rate; visitors cannot request a refund based on the ticket's retail price;

(5)Children under 1.2 metres in height include main meals and transport fares, but do not include accommodation, breakfast, or tickets;

(6)Groups of 8 or more will be provided with professional tour guide services;

(8)Reference hotels are Shantou Jie Lai'er, Kai Ya Lun, Bo Jing Bo Lin, Nan'ao Hai Quan Wan, Xin Tao Chaozhou Hai Lan Qi Yue, Jin Xin or similar hotels of the same standard; the actual arrangement shall prevail;

(1)No natural single rooms are provided. Any single room supplement or additional bed charges are to be borne by the guest. Charges for non‑complimentary meals and beverages, laundry, telephone calls, drinks, cigarettes and alcohol, pay‑TV, luggage handling, etc. are not included;

(2)Single room supplement note: By default, twin‑bedded rooms are arranged, with 2 adults per room. This itinerary cannot arrange room sharing. If an odd number of adults are travelling, please be sure to purchase 1 "single room supplement". For solo travellers, a separate room will be arranged. For 3 adults travelling, purchase 1 additional "single room supplement" and two rooms will be arranged;

(3)Private expenses such as transport fares and meal costs during free time;

(4)Other expenses not mentioned in the itinerary, such as special tickets, cruise (boat) fares, secondary admission tickets within scenic areas, sightseeing buses, electric carts, cable cars and ropeways, bullet train tickets, etc.;

(5)All expenses not covered under the "Price Includes" section for children, such as additional meal charges for height exceeding the limit, tickets, etc., are to be paid by the guest;

(6)Personal shopping and entertainment expenses (e.g., diving, parasailing and other water activities);

(7)Additional expenses incurred due to unexpected events such as transport delays or cancellations, or force majeure, as well as personal expenses;

(8)Excludes air insurance and travel accident insurance; additional expenses paid for personal or property losses caused by the tourist's breach of contract, own negligence, or own illness;

(10)Self‑funded expenses for Chaozhou Ancient City customers: Loudspeakers are prohibited for tour commentary within the ancient city; guests need to bring their own earphones or rent them from the tour guide at RMB 10 per pair; round‑trip electric cart fare within the scenic area is RMB 20 per trip;

(1)In the event of special circumstances such as tight hotel availability during peak season or temporary requisition by the government, our agency reserves the right to adjust to a hotel of equivalent standard. Hotel check‑out time is 12:00 noon. Passengers with late return flights may store their luggage at the hotel front desk and enjoy free time, or rent an hourly room to rest at their own expense;

(2)Our company arranges twin‑bedded rooms by default. Couples may apply for a king‑size bed free of charge subject to room availability; the request must be confirmed at the time of booking, though such arrangements are not guaranteed. Hotels are assigned based on the actual check‑in date and are not designated in advance. Room rates in the itinerary are calculated based on a standard twin room for 2 persons. Triple rooms or additional beds are subject to hotel room types and booking availability; additional beds in standard rooms are usually non‑standard beds;

(3)We guarantee that meal standards will never be reduced. However, local cuisine tends to be light in flavour, prices around scenic areas are relatively high, and dishes may appear similar. We recommend bringing your own condiments. During the trip, avoid consuming raw food or raw seafood, do not patronise unlicensed street stalls, and refrain from overeating or excessive drinking. Drink plenty of boiled water and eat plenty of vegetables and fruits. The travel agency shall not be liable for gastrointestinal illnesses caused by consuming unclean food on your own accord;

(4)Upon arrival on the first day, please avoid consuming excessive tropical fruits or large quantities of seafood to prevent gastrointestinal discomfort that may affect the itinerary;

(5)Some scenic areas have specific age and physical condition requirements for visitors due to the nature of their transport facilities;

(6)Please cooperate with the tour guide in truthfully completing the local "Visitor Opinion Form". Complaints are primarily handled based on the opinion form completed locally. Complaints submitted after returning home without completing the form or with false information will not be accepted. If you have any objections during the trip, please try to resolve them locally. The time limit for lodging a travel complaint is 30 days from the date of returning to the point of departure;

(7)Tourists who cancel their contract within 24 hours before arriving in Chaoshan are required to pay approximately RMB 500 per person for the already incurred tour coach seat fees and other expenses;

(8)In the event that scenic spots or activities cannot be visited due to force majeure or policy adjustments, our agency reserves the right to cancel or replace them with equivalent items. Fees for complimentary items are non‑refundable, and the order of the itinerary may be adjusted. Refunds are based on the travel agency's discounted rate rather than the listed price. Shopping facilities set up by some local scenic areas or hotels are not arranged by our agency, and complaints of this nature will not be accepted;

(9)The local climate is hot with strong ultraviolet rays and heavy rainfall. Please bring sun protection products, sunglasses, sun hats and umbrellas, and it is recommended to wear walking shoes. We recommend bringing common medicines and do not casually take medication provided by others. In coastal areas, please bring your own slippers and swimwear, and pay attention to safety — do not enter the sea on your own;

(10)Please avoid leaving the group during activities. If you do need to leave the group, please inform the tour guide in advance and rejoin on time. Avoid going to areas with potential safety hazards. During free time, please stay with companions. Visitors join activities not arranged by our company at their own risk. During the night or free time, please stay with companions and inform the tour guide, pay attention to personal and property safety, store valuables at the hotel, remember the hotel's location, and do not trust strangers easily;

(11)Please travel civilly, consciously protect the flora, cultural relics and historic sites in scenic areas, refrain from graffiti or littering, and respect local customs. If you have no intention of purchasing, please do not bargain casually to avoid conflicts. Maintain a calm attitude during your travels and be considerate of one another;

(12)This product is offered at a comprehensive discounted rate; holding certificates such as military officer ID, tour guide ID, journalist ID, teacher ID, etc. does not entitle holders to ticket concessions;

(13)The times indicated in the itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic congestion or queuing. Some attractions may require queuing for group tours. We ask for your understanding; complaints arising from queuing will not be accepted;

(14)The airport pickup staff will be waiting at the airport in advance. Please keep your mobile phone switched on after disembarking. Pickup is arranged on a rotating basis, so please be patient for a short wait;

(15)During free time, please pay attention to safety, manage your time well and keep your mobile phone switched on to avoid missing your flight;

(16)This route has distinctive features. If the number of participants on the day is fewer than 10, our agency will provide a free upgrade to a similar product (of no lower cost than the original route). If you have any objections, please choose carefully. We appreciate your understanding;
