Yellow Dragon Cave is an indoor sightseeing tour with no mobile phone signal. It requires walking and taking a cruise boat, and the entire route is one‑way without backtracking. Please follow the tour guide or commentator closely to avoid getting lost

Zhangjiajie is mainly for mountain viewing. For easier travel in the mountainous area, please wear flat shoes, it is recommended not to wear skirts, and bring your own rain gear, sun hat, and other items

There are many monkeys in the scenic area. Please do not approach the monkeys closely, nor touch the wild animals on the mountain to avoid injury

The scenic area is located in a mountainous region with large temperature differences between morning and evening. Please carry appropriate clothing based on the day's weather forecast to add or remove layers as needed. Do not climb recklessly in the mountain‑viewing scenic area

As Tianmen Mountain scenic area tickets are linked to individual ID and name, a correct ID number and name must be provided. Please bring your original ID card and relevant discount certificate originals before joining the tour

To manage visitor flow, the scenic area offers tour routes divided into: Round‑trip cable car routes A, B, and C, and one‑way cable car routes 1 and 2, all at the same price. During peak tourist seasons, travel agencies cannot choose routes independently; the final interpretation right belongs to Tianmen Mountain scenic area. Your understanding and cooperation are appreciated. Each group must follow the route and time successfully booked online, and complaints regarding long queue times or route discrepancies from expectations at Tianmen Mountain scenic area will not be accepted

If extreme weather or force majeure events such as heavy snow, icy roads, thunderstorms, or hail occur, leading to the closure of Tianmen Cave, Glass Plank Road, or the eco‑friendly vehicles, preventing normal sightseeing, the travel agency shall not be held liable for any losses. (From December to February each year, due to weather conditions, Tianmen Cave, Glass Plank Road, and eco‑friendly vehicles are closed; if eco‑friendly vehicles are closed, the scenic area will implement a cable car up‑and‑down route)

The travel agency staff, guide, or driver will call guests around 20:00 the day before departure to inform them of the assembly time, location, and travel precautions

Before travelling, please bring your valid ID. Children should bring their household registration booklet. Ensure you are in good health. Keep all your belongings safe during the trip. In case of loss, the travel agency will actively assist in searching but shall not bear any responsibility

Hotels in Hunan Province no longer provide disposable toiletries; please bring your own. Due to regional economic constraints, the hardware facilities and services of Zhangjiajie hotels may be slightly inferior to those in larger cities; please adjust your expectations accordingly. Most hotels in Zhangjiajie and Fenghuang have limited hours for hot water supply and air conditioning

In the event of force majeure (such as traffic control, unexpected traffic jams, waiting due to large crowds at scenic spots, extreme weather, or other unforeseen circumstances), the following unexpected situations may occur:

① Tour cannot be conducted

② Only partial scenic spots on the itinerary can be visited

③ Temporary adjustment of accommodation location

④ Inability to return on time, etc. For resulting losses, our company will coordinate according to relevant tourism management regulations

Participants must be in good health and capable of self‑care. Middle‑aged and elderly individuals, especially those with illnesses, participating in the tour must truthfully provide health information to the travel agency and act according to their health condition. If a visitor feels unwell, please inform the guide immediately. The travel agency shall not bear any consequences or responsibilities arising from the health conditions of middle‑aged and elderly visitors. Visitors over 70 years old must sign a liability waiver; pregnant women will not be accepted

Expenses exceeding the itinerary caused by force majeure or national policy adjustments shall be borne by the visitor. If a visitor voluntarily abandons the tour for personal reasons, fees for scenic spots, meals, accommodation, etc. included in the booked itinerary will not be refunded

Without reducing the number of scenic spots, our company reserves the right to appropriately adjust the order of visits based on actual conditions at the scenic area. The visitation or sightseeing times specified in the itinerary are approximate. If special circumstances arise, the guide may negotiate adjustments with the visitors. For complimentary scenic spots in the itinerary that cannot be visited normally due to force majeure or if the visitor voluntarily abandons them, tickets will not be refunded, and no preferential or exempted fees are available for refund for these complimentary spots

At the end of the itinerary, please fill out the feedback form truthfully. Visitor claims will be processed based on the local feedback form. Subsequent disputes arising from false or omitted feedback forms will not be entertained

Visitors must pay attention to their own safety and keep valuables with them at all times!! Do not leave valuables in the hotel or tour vehicle! During the tour, please take good care of personal belongings. If losses occur due to improper personal care, the travel agency shall not bear compensation liability

Visitors must join the travel itinerary arranged by the travel agency under the premise of being in good health. Do not deceive or conceal information. If any accident occurs due to visitor's discomfort, the travel agency shall not be held responsible

The travel agency does not recommend visitors to participate in activities with uncertain personal safety. If visitors act without authorisation and consequences arise, the travel agency shall not be held responsible

If a visitor voluntarily leaves the group midway or changes the itinerary for personal reasons, it will be deemed as abandonment of the tour. The travel agency cannot refund any fees, and other expenses and safety issues arising therefrom shall be borne by the visitor

Without reducing the number of scenic spots, we reserve the right to adjust the order of the itinerary. If itinerary delays or changes occur due to force majeure or reasons attributable to the visitor, our company shall not bear the resulting losses and responsibilities, and the expenses incurred shall be borne by the visitor

The times marked in the itinerary are for reference only; the actual times depend on the day's specific sightseeing conditions. The itinerary is subject to changes and adjustments due to climate, road conditions, holidays, arrival and departure times, queueing and management at scenic spots, visitor behaviour, force majeure, etc. Please be aware and understanding

Each scenic area has shopping areas, which are basic commercial facilities of the scenic area and not designated shopping stores by the travel agency. Please identify carefully, choose cautiously, and consume rationally. If consumer rights are infringed, our company will assist in handling related matters but shall not bear any relevant responsibility

The guide will inform you of the assembly time and location approximately 1 day in advance. Please arrive punctually; otherwise, to avoid delaying other guests' itineraries, we will depart strictly on time without waiting. If you fail to arrive on time for personal reasons, you will bear the full loss

Default arrangement is a twin room for 2 adults. Single room sharing is not available for this itinerary. If you are an odd number of adults travelling, please be sure to purchase 1 "single room supplement"; single travellers will be assigned a separate room; 3 adults travelling together should purchase 1 additional "single room supplement" to arrange two rooms
