Washable items include: Cotton‑padded jackets, down jackets, suits, overcoats, trench coats, jackets, wool sweaters, knitwear, T‑shirts, shirts, trousers (excluding leather goods, silk, and fur), shoes (excluding special shoes and luxury items).

(1) Apparel: Fur items, silk and mulberry silk items, wedding dresses, evening gowns, items with leather‑fabric mix/coated materials/coated trims, items with beads/diamonds/sequins/embroidery; fur collars and accessories on clothing (please remove them yourself). (2) Footwear: Leather shoes, leather boots, snow boots, suede leather shoes, suede sports shoes, fabric‑trimmed leather sports shoes, driving moccasins. (3) Luxury brand items, e.g., BURBERRY apparel, are not within the scope of this package wash. (4) The above‑listed apparel and footwear are not included in this promotion. Items received at the factory will be returned unwashed along with the washed items, without any liability for re‑washing or price difference.

(1) The package ticket must be used in full at one time and cannot be split. (2) Washing of bundled garments will be counted based on the actual number of items washed (e.g., a suit comprising a jacket and trousers counts as two items). (3) If the customer insists on splitting the use, any additional logistics costs incurred shall be borne by the customer.

If the delivery address differs from the pickup address, please contact customer service before the items leave the factory. If the delivery address needs to be changed after the items have left the factory, the customer will need to bear the postage costs.

After washing, if any quality issues arise unexpectedly, the after‑sales processing period is within 7 days of item receipt. Claims after this period will not be processed. Please take note.

(1) For items made of fabric with genuine leather, there is a higher risk of colour bleeding after washing due to colour contrast. (2) For items made of fabric with PU leather, leather cracking or peeling may occur. (3) Coated garments are prone to coating peeling after washing. (4) Please exercise caution when sending items valued over RMB2000 for washing. In case of accidental washing damage attributed to our fault, compensation negotiation will be based on the maximum price limit of RMB2000 for the item. We kindly seek your understanding.

The service cycle for this product, from order placement to return delivery, is approximately 7 to 10 days. It may be extended during peak seasons.
