Breakfast add‑on reference: Weekdays HKD 400/person, Weekends HKD 600/person

Check‑in procedure: Present valid travel documents (Mainland Chinese citizens: Exit‑Entry Permit; Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, and foreign nationals: passport) along with the hotel confirmation number at the hotel front desk to complete check‑in.

Check‑in after 15:00 daily (subject to hotel occupancy rate on the day), check‑out before 12:00 the following day. Late check‑out will incur additional charges: before 18:00, half of the hotel's listed room rate; after 18:00, the full listed room rate.

A deposit is required upon check‑in (amount determined by the hotel). The deposit will be fully refunded upon check‑out if there is no damage to property or other incidental charges.

To ensure the safety and quality sleep of all guests, please do not bring pets into the hotel.

Breakfast policy: Free for children under 3 years old (excluding 3); children's breakfast rate for ages 3 to below 12; adult rate for ages 12 and above. Please inquire and purchase at the hotel front desk (breakfast prices are subject to change; the hotel's actual published rates prevail).

Complimentary shuttle bus service operates within the resort, connecting Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, Disney's Hollywood Hotel, Disney Explorers Lodge, and Hong Kong Disneyland.

Shuttle buses run every 10‑20 minutes, depending on the time of day, departing from the right side of the hotel's main entrance.
