(1) Free cancellation 72 hours before the activity starts. If you are late by more than 10 minutes, no refund will be given!

(2) When making a reservation, please be sure to provide a valid mobile phone number and ensure your phone is reachable on the day. Failure to board due to inability to contact us will result in a non‑refundable fee;

(3) If the ferry is suspended or fully booked on the day, we will contact you for a full refund, but no additional compensation will be provided. Thank you for your understanding!

(4) Except for the following special circumstances, all 'Starlight Night Cruise' trips will depart as scheduled;

(1) Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is still hoisted 1 hour before departure;

(2) The Hong Kong Observatory predicts that Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal will be hoisted within the next 2 hours. In the event of tropical cyclone warning signals (Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or No. 8) and special weather conditions (Black Rainstorm Warning), the venue will suspend the operation of the cruise;

(5) Please bear any additional expenses caused by force majeure such as traffic delays, strikes, weather, aircraft, machine breakdown, flight cancellation or schedule changes;

(6) Victoria Harbour is an inner harbour. Although the waves are relatively gentle, we cannot guarantee that every passenger will not experience seasickness. Passengers prone to seasickness are advised to take seasickness medication 1 hour before boarding. If you feel unwell after boarding, please seek help from the crew on board;

(7) As public piers only allow temporary berthing, the boarding time for this product's vessel is relatively short. Please be sure to arrive at the pier on time for boarding; latecomers will not be accommodated. Guests who arrive early please do not worry; the boat will berth on time, please wait patiently;

(8) Warm reminder: It is recommended that you check the map route to the meeting point before departure to avoid affecting your trip. The phone number in the SMS is for consultation and contact only (refunds or complaints will not be accepted due to failure to board caused by inability to connect).
