Hong Kong Ocean Park is honoured with numerous accolades, including "World's Most Popular Theme Park", "Largest Entertainment and Leisure Park in Southeast Asia", and "One of the World's Largest Aquariums". Located on the southern side of Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong Ocean Park is one of the most popular theme parks globally, covering 170 acres with facilities spread across Nam Long Shan and Wong Chuk Hang Valley. The park is divided into two main areas: The Summit and The Waterfront, accessible with a single ticket, and further segmented into eight themed zones, including Amazing Asian Animals, Aqua City, Whiskers Harbour, Rainforest, Thrill Mountain, Marine World, Adventure Land, and Polar Adventure.

The Summit ‑ Mainly a carnival‑style amusement area, more suitable for thrill‑seeking adults. Whether it's the roller coasters, pirate ships, and drop towers in "Marine World", or the Raging River, Mine Train, and The Flash in "Adventure Land" and "Thrill Mountain", all will surely make your heart race and keep you screaming.

Amazing Asian Animals ‑ One of the world's first zones to feature both indoor and outdoor exhibits, showcasing various animals from different regions of Asia. The Hong Kong Jockey Club Sichuan Treasures ‑ formerly the Hong Kong Jockey Club Giant Panda Habitat, opened in 1999 as the permanent home for giant pandas An An and Jia Jia. It was renovated in 2012 into the Hong Kong Jockey Club Sichuan Treasures, and two national protected animals, Sichuan golden snub‑nosed monkeys Le Le and Hu Hu, were added on loan from Sichuan.

Aqua City — The Grand Aquarium — Ranked among the world's top ten aquariums, it is the 9th largest aquarium globally. The aquarium features a viewing dome with a diameter of 5.5 metres, allowing visitors to explore the underwater world. Visitors can also view the giant 8‑metre high and 13‑metre wide viewing panel, seeing all the fish in the aquarium at once. The Dragon's Awakening, located in the artificial lake, is the world's first 360‑degree panoramic water screen, using numerous vertical fountains to create a large water curtain, with Hong Kong's only water‑and‑fire compatible fountain outside the water curtain.

Sea Jelly Spectacular — Opened on 10 April 2006, it is Asia's largest standalone jellyfish exhibition, and its oval‑shaped jellyfish tank is one of the largest in the world.

Special Experiences ‑ Get Up Close with Animals: "Dolphin Encounter" Want to meet our dolphin friends? "Dolphin Encounter" takes you behind the scenes, where trainers teach you simple hand signals, allowing you to interact with the dolphins, meet them up close, and even touch them by the pool! During the process, you will learn interesting facts about dolphins and how to help protect them in the wild! Finally, don't forget to take a happy group photo to commemorate this precious moment!

Major Transportation within the Park:

Cable Car: The cable car runs along a 1.5‑kilometre aerial steel cable connecting the summit and the base, allowing visitors to enjoy panoramic views of the southern part of Hong Kong Island and the South China Sea along the way.

Ocean Express: The Ocean Express escalator, inaugurated in 1987, connects Nam Long Shan (Marine World) and Tai Shue Wan (Adventure Land). With a total length of 225 metres, it is the world's second‑longest outdoor escalator system. The escalator is unaffected by weather.

Ocean Express Train: Welcome aboard the Ocean Express train at Hong Kong Ocean Park for an exciting deep‑sea adventure, travelling swiftly between The Summit at the top and The Waterfront at the base.

Transportation Guide to the Park:

1. By Car: Take the flyover from Canal Road in Wan Chai and Wong Nai Chung Road to enter the Aberdeen Tunnel. The tunnel fee is HK$5 per trip. After exiting the tunnel, you will be on Wong Chuk Hang Road. Turn left onto Ocean Park Road. At the Ocean Park roundabout, turn left to enter the main entrance of the park.
2. By Bus: Direct bus services are available from Admiralty MTR Station or Central Star Ferry Pier. Pay the fare with Octopus or cash (exact change required) when boarding.
