Children aged 0‑1 are free; JR Pass is only applicable to non‑Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' visa. Non‑Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan are not eligible. Upon entry, please obtain a 'Temporary Visitor' stamp/sticker to legally use the JR Pass. If you use the automated gate, you will not be able to obtain the aforementioned stamp/sticker
Present your e‑exchange order and passport at any JR office or green ticket machine to collect the physical pass
Seat reservations can be made at the ticket office through station staff
Staff can provide accessible assistance services
For partial refund: redeemed physical tickets can be refunded at JR ticket offices (Midori-no-madoguchi) with a 10% handling fee
The voucher can be used within the exchange period; no refund will be given if the voucher/ticket has been redeemed or has expired
A 0% cancellation fee will be charged for order cancellation before voucher exchange
