The Le Menu Western Restaurant buffet at the Gloucester Hotel offers an extremely wide selection of dishes, including festive delicacies, chilled seafood, beef Wellington, duck liver toast, teppanyaki, sliced roast goose, assorted sashimi, freshly hand‑pressed sushi, salads and cold cuts, a variety of Chinese and Western hot dishes, exquisite desserts, and Häagen‑Dazs ice cream. Each guest can also enjoy a serving of Buddha Jumps Over the Wall soup, which is both warming and nourishing. Every evening features spectacular live performances, including French lobster and seafood vol‑au‑vent, baked Alaska, or classic French crêpes Suzette, making your dining experience even more colourful and enjoyable.

The dinner buffet highlights include freshly prepared whole abalone with duck feet (one serving per guest), baked crab shell with cheese and mushrooms, crispy fried oysters, duck liver toast, and black‑bone chicken and conch double‑boiled pork shank soup. The chilled seafood section is brimming with deep‑sea treasures such as Boston lobster, Canadian snow crab legs, bread crab, emerald whelks, and mussels. The roast rib‑eye is rich in flavour and tender in texture, while the teppanyaki section is equally impressive, with chefs cooking duck liver, tiger prawns, beef tongue, chicken cartilage, and shishamo on the spot, delivering a feast for both the eyes and the palate. In addition, French lobster bisque, Waldorf lobster and chicken salad, salt‑and‑pepper prawns, Typhoon Shelter‑style stir‑fried lobster claws, steamed scallops with garlic and vermicelli, and lobster and seafood chawanmushi are also favourites among seafood lovers.

The Gloucester Hotel has once again joined forces with GLYCEL, a top Swiss skin science research expert, to launch the exclusive "Lumière Diamond Skin" two‑person afternoon tea experience.
