The Cheung Po Tsai sailing boat sightseeing tour features two decks. The upper deck is a lounge area with two rows of wide, semi‑reclining sofas where you can leisurely enjoy drinks while feeling the sea breeze. The lower deck is an air‑conditioned dining area furnished with round tables and chairs in a rich Chinese style, exuding an antique charm. The boat's hallmark is its Chinese red mast; every nail and piece of wood on the vessel was handcrafted using ancient Chinese shipbuilding techniques, with many details faithfully reproduced based on the original design.

The junk is named "Cheung Po Tsai" in memory of the infamous pirate who roamed the South China Sea in the early 20th century, based at Cheung Chau. The traditional Chinese red mast gives it a strong Chinese character, much like a pirate ship from over 100 years ago, and it looks very rustic in appearance.

Cheung Po Tsai, also known as Cheung Po, was a native of Xinhui, Jiangmen. He was a fisherman in his youth before becoming a pirate in Hong Kong. The TVB drama "Cheung Po Tsai" tells his story. In his early days, Cheung Po Tsai dominated the Pearl River Delta and once sank 18 Portuguese naval vessels in a single engagement. Known for his fairness and discipline, he earned widespread support, and his fleet quickly expanded, reaching its peak with over 800 large ships, more than 1,000 small boats, and a following of up to 100,000 people.

Public Pier No. 1, Kowloon, Tsim Sha Tsui: Take MTR East Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit L6, cross the road and head to the Hong Kong Cultural Centre on the right. Pier No. 1 is located behind the Hong Kong Cultural Centre (near the Clock Tower).

The boat is two decks high, covering an area of 1,500 square feet (approximately 160 square metres), offering both indoor and open‑air al fresco dining. The lower deck is an air‑conditioned indoor cabin with antique interior decor, furnished with round tables and chairs in a rich Chinese style, and features a horseshoe‑shaped bar. At night, the lighting and music create an exotic ambience, offering a unique feeling of travelling through time and space across Victoria Harbour.
