Cancellation before redemption is prohibited; pets are not allowed (except guide dogs); skateboards and bicycles are not allowed (wheelchairs and prams are allowed); dangerous behaviours such as running, jumping, playing, or intentionally shaking the railings are prohibited; excessive gathering at a single spot on the trail or suspension bridge platform is prohibited; climbing onto the suspension bridge during non‑opening hours is prohibited; picnicking and smoking are prohibited;

The suspension bridge is limited to 50 persons; the waterfall viewing platform is limited to 200 persons;

If any injury, death, or property damage occurs due to non‑compliance with the above prohibited behaviour rules, the county government shall not be held liable; if any public property is damaged, Nantou County Government reserves the right to claim compensation;

This voucher is valid for 365 days from the time of order confirmation, expiring at 23:59 on the last day;

Present the electronic voucher (QR CODE) at the Ruilong Waterfall Ticket Booth, and enter after the staff has verified it;

Bus: 3 trips daily round trip, departure from Zhushan at 10:30, 12:40, 17:30, get off at the terminal Shanpingding, about 2 kilometres walk from Shanpingding Station to the destination Ruilong Waterfall Park; return departure from Shanpingding Station at 11:10, 13:20, 18:10, for bus information please contact Yuanlin Bus Zhushan Station at (049) 264‑2005.

Driving: National Freeway No. 3 (southbound) exit at Zhushan Interchange / (northbound) exit at Nanyun Interchange ▶ Provincial Highway 3 ▶ Tou 149 (Li South Road) ▶ Tou 52 Line (Shanpingding) ▶ at 4K spot, GPS: Ruilong Waterfall or Ruilong Car Park;
