Service applies to any pickup point within Taichung City area, please fill in the pickup location information on the payment page.

Detailed pick‑up information and driver contact details will be provided by the supplier one day before the departure date; please ensure the contact phone number or instant messaging software information is correct.

The driver will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes free of charge from the designated pick‑up time and will proactively contact passengers during the waiting period.

If the passenger cannot be contacted after 15 minutes, it will be treated as a no‑show and no refund will be given; after successful contact, overtime waiting fees will be charged.

If the flight is delayed, please inform the supplier immediately.

Overtime waiting fee is TWD600 per hour, additional fees must be paid in cash directly to the driver.

No refund will be given for late arrival or no‑show, please arrive at the designated pick‑up point on time.

Please comply with traffic regulations; the activity organiser is not responsible for any loss or traffic violations caused by the renter.

No eating or drinking inside the vehicle; do not bring pets, wheelchairs, non‑foldable strollers, or large sports equipment.

According to Taiwan traffic regulations, children under 4 years old or weighing less than 18 kg must use a safety seat; a maximum of 2 safety seats can be booked per vehicle, please inform in advance.

Children are charged the same as adults.

Travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions on the day of pick‑up; vehicle type will be arranged based on the number of booked passengers, and the vehicle type cannot be specified.

Each person is limited to one 24‑inch luggage item and one carry‑on bag; exceeding this limit may result in service refusal.

This service only includes point‑to‑point vehicle transfer, does not include attraction tickets or guided tours.

A minimum of 4 persons is required for the trip; if the minimum number is not met, the supplier will notify cancellation before 12:00 on the day before departure.

Cingjing area is at a high altitude with large temperature differences between day and night, please ensure to keep warm.
