Important Notes

No eating or drinking inside the vehicle

The supplier and driver are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings

Wheelchairs, non‑foldable prams/strollers and large sports equipment are not permitted

In accordance with Taiwan traffic regulations, children under 4 years old or weighing less than 18 kg must use a child safety seat. A maximum of 2 child safety seats can be requested per vehicle; please book in advance

Children are charged the same fare as adults

The driver will wait free of charge for up to 15 minutes from the scheduled pick‑up time. During the waiting period, the driver will proactively contact you using the contact details you have provided.

If you cannot be reached after the 15‑minute waiting period, it will be treated as a no‑show and no refund will be given;

If contact is successfully made, the driver will charge an overtime waiting fee of TWD600 per hour

The vehicle type will be arranged based on the number of passengers provided at the time of booking; specific vehicle types cannot be requested

Each passenger may bring one 24‑inch suitcase and one piece of hand luggage; excess luggage cannot be accommodated

Please do not bring pets into the vehicle

Warm Reminder:

Sun Moon Lake and Cingjing are located at higher altitudes with significant temperature differences between day and night. Please remember to keep warm.

Please arrive at the pick‑up point at least 5 minutes before the departure time. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no‑shows
