Hualien: Kayaking & SUP Experience at Qingshui Cliff

Meeting point is unified at Taiwan CPC Chongde Ying Station (Address: Chongde Elderly Centre, Xiulin Township Office, Hualien County);

Meeting times are fixed at 04:00 / 09:00 / 13:00. Please attend according to the booked time. Self‑reporting participants must report the vehicle plate number;

SUP experience is subject to the SMS sent the day before;

No washroom on site. Please use the facilities at the nearest convenience store before check‑in.

Includes full gear, basic training + instructor guidance, and supplier insurance;

Does not include transportation or other personal expenses.

Infants and children are counted as passengers.

Minimum group size is 2 persons. If the minimum is not met, the tour will be cancelled. The supplier will notify via email one day before departure;

The tour is subject to the day's wave conditions. Adjustments will be made based on safety and quality standards in the event of weather, traffic, facility issues, or participant conditions.

This activity is not recommended for persons with limited mobility, hypertension, or epilepsy;

Please wear a swimsuit or bring a change of clothes. Short‑sighted participants are advised to wear contact lenses. Those wearing glasses must take care to avoid losing them;

Bring sufficient drinking water, change of clothes, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, rain gear, and seasickness medication. Those prone to motion sickness should take medication 40‑50 minutes before entering the water;

Wear lightweight, non‑absorbent clothes for check‑in. Bring a waterproof bag, face mask, towel, and toiletries. Those who have not changed into clean clothes and underwear will not be provided return transportation;

Only simple rinse facilities are available on site (bring your own toiletries). No changing room service;

No service counter or lockers on site. Personal belongings should be kept safely in the vehicle. Do not bring 3C products or valuables. The company is not responsible for safekeeping. Only temporary locker storage is provided;

If wave conditions are unsuitable for launch on the activity day, the instructor may decide to postpone or provide a full refund;

Complimentary photography is provided during the activity. The company reserves the right to use photos on its website, social media, and advertisements.
