Children aged 0‑2 must be accompanied by a paying adult and can enter for free;

Persons with disabilities (easily identifiable or holding a handbook) and their guardian or one essential carer can enter for free;

Half‑price tickets: Military and police personnel with valid ID, students with a valid student ID, children aged 7‑12, and residents of Hualien County with valid ID;

Concession tickets: Children aged 3‑6, seniors aged 65 or above;

Purchasers of half‑price or concession tickets must present a valid ID on site;

Residents domiciled in the amusement area are exempt from ticket purchase upon presenting their National ID card; children without an ID card and residents with actual residence but not registered as domiciled are exempt upon presenting relevant supporting documents;

Free cancellation before voucher redemption;

Re‑entry is not allowed after leaving;

Regardless of the number of groups, only one voucher with a QR code will be issued upon successful order, can be redeemed multiple times, must enter using the same QR code;

Dangerous items such as glass bottles, firecrackers, and lasers are prohibited;

Only service animals with valid documentation are allowed; other pets are prohibited;

Smoking and drinking are prohibited within the park. Violators will be immediately asked to leave;

This event is accessible for strollers and wheelchair users;

The voucher is valid for 365 days from the order confirmation time, expiring at 23:59 on the last day;

Bus: Take Hualien Bus Route 1139 (towards Shoufeng, via Liyu Lake) from Hualien Train Station, alight at "Chihnan Village Stop", then walk approx. 600m following the roadside signs;

Driving (Taipei towards Hualien direction): Hualien (Provincial Highway 9) → Ji'an → Nanhua (turn onto Provincial Highway 9C) → Gancheng → Wenlan → Turn onto Linyuan Road at 17km mark of Provincial Highway 9C → Chihnan, total distance 18 km;
