JR Kansai Airport Express HARUKA Ticket

The voucher is valid for 90 days from the order confirmation date, expiring at 23:59 on the day after the last day.

Present the e‑voucher

(1) This offer is not applicable to holders of a Japanese passport;

(2) Each ticket‑holding adult may bring up to 2 children (0‑5 years old) free of charge; however, children cannot occupy separate seats. For every additional child starting from the 3rd child, 1 child ticket must be purchased;

(3) The JR Pass is only applicable to non‑Japanese passport holders with a 'Temporary Visitor' visa. Non‑Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan are not eligible to use it;

(4) Upon entry, please obtain a 'Temporary Visitor' stamp/sticker to legally use the JR Pass. If you use the automated gates, you will not be able to obtain the aforementioned stamp/sticker;

(1) After order confirmation, the e‑voucher will be sent to your email immediately;

(2) Exchange the QR code on the voucher for a physical ticket;

(3) Tickets under the same order must be exchanged together. For separate exchanges, please make separate purchases;

(4) Kansai Airport Station Opening Hours: 05:30‑23:00;

(5) Holders of biometric passports (e‑passports): Please present your e‑voucher and non‑Japanese passport at the Green Ticket Machine or Ticket Office to exchange for a physical ticket;

(6) Holders of non‑biometric passports (without IC chip): Please present your e‑voucher and non‑Japanese passport at the Ticket Office to exchange for a physical ticket;

(7) Please refer to the JR Haruka User Guide for exchange and usage instructions;

(8) The Green Ticket Machine is located next to the JRW Counter (opposite the ticket gate);

(9) Please check the timetable for the first and last trains to/from Kansai Airport;

(10) Please note: Even if the voucher has not been used, the order will be marked as completed, but rest assured it can still be used within the validity period;

(1) After exchanging the Haruka ticket, please refer to the carriage number and seat number to find a non‑reserved seat;

(2) If you require a reserved seat, please make a reservation at the Green Ticket Machine;
