(1) The venue does not provide luggage storage facilities;

(2) This ticket is an adult ticket. Other ticket types must be purchased on site;

(3) Visitors with disabilities may enter free of charge upon presenting their handbook or disability certificate. Accompanying persons are required to purchase a ticket;

(4) The full ticket amount can be used as store credit: NT$50 towards food and beverages, NT$50 towards handicrafts or DIY activities. Each item is limited to one use;

(5) Lost or damaged paper tickets will not be reissued or refunded. A new ticket must be purchased;

(6) One ticket per person. Electronic tickets cannot be reused once scanned for entry;

(7) Outside food and beverages are prohibited;

(8) Smoking and drinking are prohibited. Violators will be asked to leave the venue immediately;

(1) Validity period: valid for 90 days from order confirmation, expiring at 23:59 on the last day;

(2) Opening hours: Monday to Sunday 09:30‑17:30; closed on Lunar New Year's Eve. For other flexible closure days, please refer to the official website and Facebook announcements;

(3) Voucher redemption: Present your electronic voucher at the entrance of Flower Lu Leisure Farm. Staff will scan the QR code to exchange it for a paper coupon for entry;

(4) Exchange method: Exchange the electronic voucher for a physical ticket by scanning the QR code at the entrance, then enter;

(1) By car: Chiayi Interchange → follow Provincial Highway 159 (Beigang Road) towards Beigang. After passing Xingang, upon reaching the HSR viaduct (at the 3km mark of Highway 159, 20km mark of Highway 164), turn right and continue straight for approximately 700 metres. Total journey time is about 15 minutes;

(2) By bus: From Chiayi Railway Station/Minxiong Railway Station, take Chiayi County Bus or Chiayi Bus towards Beigang. Alight at Nangang Police Station stop and walk approximately 15 minutes;

(3) Public transport: Take the "Taiwan Tourist Shuttle ‑ Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum Line" to reach Bantou Kiln directly;
