Valid throughout the promotion period. The voucher is valid for 90 days from the order confirmation date and expires at 23:59 on the last day.
Please present the e‑voucher
(1) Free for children aged 0‑1;
(2) One adult holding a rail pass may bring up to two children aged 1 to 5 for free, provided the children do not occupy a seat. From the third child onwards, each child must purchase a child rail pass;
(3) JR Pass is only applicable to non‑Japanese passport holders with a "Temporary Visitor" visa. Non‑Japanese passport holders with permanent residency in Japan are not eligible;
(4) Upon entry, please obtain a "Temporary Visitor" stamp/sticker to legally use the JR Pass. If using automatic gates, the above stamp/sticker cannot be obtained;
(1) After order confirmation, the e‑voucher will be sent to your email immediately;
(2) For holders of biometric passports (e‑passports): Please present the e‑voucher and a non‑Japanese passport at the Green Ticket Machine or ticket counter to redeem the physical ticket;
(3) For holders of non‑biometric passports (without IC chip): Please present the e‑voucher and a non‑Japanese passport at the ticket counter to redeem the physical ticket;
(4) City Subway, Keihan Electric Railway, Hankyu Railway 1‑Day Pass: Please refer to the Step‑by‑Step Guide;
(1) Seat reservations can be made at the ticket counter with the help of station staff;
(2) Or make seat reservations via the Green Ticket Machine according to this Step‑by‑Step Guide;

Partial refund policy: Redeemed physical tickets can be refunded at JR ticket offices (Midori-no-madoguchi), subject to a 10% handling fee of the ticket price
The voucher can be used within the redemption period. No refund will be given if the voucher/ticket has been redeemed or has expired
Cancellation of order before voucher redemption is subject to a 0% cancellation fee
