Tour Description
Come to Sapporo Teine Ski Resort in Hokkaido ‑ no need to worry about language barriers, easily kick off your snow skiing experience! This course is provided by snow42 degrees, holding official certification from Teine Ski Resort. Instructors all hold valid Japanese work visas and offer private and small‑group lessons in both Chinese and English. Snowboard and ski options are both available, making it perfect for absolute beginners, families with children, and groups of friends travelling together.

Lessons are not template‑based; content is flexibly adjusted according to the students' age, skiing foundation, and learning goals. From essential beginner skills such as gear fitting, basic stance, braking and turning, to advanced riding practice, everything can be arranged. Instructors use movement demonstrations combined with posture correction, so even first‑time skiers can get into the swing quickly. During lesson breaks, simple photo and video assistance is also available to help capture your memorable skiing moments.

It is recommended to arrive at the ski resort about 50 minutes before the lesson to allow ample time for ski gear rental, changing clothes, and lift pass purchase. Once everything is ready, simply head to the designated meeting point according to your booking details to meet your instructor. If you arrive late, the lesson hours will still be counted as usual, so it is advisable to plan your travel time in advance.

For children under 7 years old, booking a one‑on‑one private lesson is highly recommended, prioritising the child's safety and learning outcomes. If parents wish to join the lesson, the instructor can flexibly adjust the teaching pace based on the child's adaptability at the time.

The course already includes Japanese medical insurance applicable during the teaching period as well as third‑party liability insurance. The insurance does not cover flight delays, lost luggage, trip cancellation, or post‑return medical treatment, so we recommend purchasing comprehensive overseas travel ski insurance separately for added peace of mind and protection.

No need to be nervous if this is your first time skiing in Japan. Before departure, we recommend checking out our beginner information website: [https://skijapan.netlify.app/](https://skijapan.netlify.app/) to get practical information on pre‑trip preparation and equipment selection in advance. Enjoy Hokkaido skiing with peace of mind at Teine's quality powder snow resort alongside professional instructors!
