Upon receiving the confirmation, please ensure your communication channels are open. The tour guide will contact you. Please arrive at the meeting point 15‑20 minutes in advance as per the scheduled time.

(1) Door‑to‑door pick‑up and drop‑off service, comfortable 5‑seat or 7‑seat vehicle transportation, driver;

(2) Full‑day charter service including fuel, tolls, parking fees, and empty running/return fees;

(3) Driver‑cum‑guide service fee (full‑day charter service time: A itinerary ‑ 10 hours / B itinerary ‑ 9 hours), gratuity and meal allowance;

(1) Skylon Tower first admission ticket, lunch, and items not mentioned in the inclusions above;

(2) Overtime fee: 50 CAD/hour for 5‑7 seat vehicles, 80 CAD/hour for 12‑15 seat vehicles, payable in cash to the driver/guide;

(3) Guests' meals and other personal expenses;

(4) Tickets: Niagara Hornblower Cruise (approx. USD 26/person), Observation Deck ticket (approx. CAD 20/person), and Cloud Ridge Winery ticket (approx. CAD 40/person) are to be arranged and paid on‑site. If assistance with ticket purchase is needed, payment shall be made in cash;

(1) Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes in advance. Do not be late;

(2) If the guest is late or fails to participate in the itinerary due to personal reasons, it will be deemed as voluntary cancellation, and no request for cancellation or refund of the itinerary fee will be accepted on this ground;

(3) Itinerary adjustments: This itinerary may be subject to temporary changes or suspensions due to weather, strikes, safety, or other reasons. Your cooperation is appreciated;

(4) If the guest voluntarily abandons the itinerary midway due to personal reasons, any issues arising from personal safety and additional expenses incurred shall be borne by the guest, and the itinerary fee will not be refunded;
