Half-Day Toronto Downtown Bike Tour

(1) Booking Method: Select the desired date, package type, and number of participants. After placing the order, proceed with payment and wait for the order confirmation.

(2) Inclusions: English‑speaking guide, tea and snacks, bicycle rental, helmet, safety briefing, water activities.

(3) Exclusions: Hotel round‑trip transfer, other personal expenses, tips.

(4) Eligibility: Children aged 1‑15 must be accompanied by a paying adult. Children aged 16 and above are charged the same as adults. Participants must be at least 1 year old to join this activity.

(5) Minimum Group Size: A minimum of 2 participants is required. If the minimum group size is not met, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Group size is 2‑12 participants.

Warm Reminders:

(1) The guide provides hand sanitiser for all passengers, and bicycles and helmets are disinfected after each tour.

(2) Each bicycle is equipped with a water bottle holder.

(3) Lockers are available on‑site for storing your belongings.

(4) The operator places great emphasis on safety. The route will go through quiet streets, park paths, and bicycle lanes. Safety instructions are provided by the coach before each departure, and wearing a helmet (provided) is mandatory.

(5) If rain is forecast, please call the supplier to confirm if the tour will proceed as scheduled before heading to the meeting point.

(6) If the number of registrations for the tour is insufficient, the supplier will cancel the tour 2 hours before the activity starts. If the supplier cancels the tour, ticket holders can choose to reschedule (subject to availability) or request a refund.

(7) If you are going to be late, please be sure to contact our office to inform us.

(8) Upon arrival, passengers must sign a liability waiver before riding. Participants under the age of 18 must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

(9) Please note that pregnant women must present a written medical certificate from a doctor to participate in the tour.

(10) Please note that if the guide deems a rider aged 15 or under unable to ride safely, potentially endangering themselves or the group, they may not be allowed to participate in the tour.

(11) There is an underground car park beneath the meeting point. The weekday fee is CAD 16 per day (maximum), and the weekend fee is CAD 7 per day. The entrance is on St. Patrick Street. Please lock valuables in the trunk and store personal belongings in the lockers during the tour.

(12) The nearest metro station is St. Patrick Station on the University Line. Walk two blocks west from the station to reach the Village by the Grange.

(13) For your safety and to comply with insurance requirements, please wear and fasten your helmet at all times while riding.

(14) Recommended to bring: Sunscreen / Sunglasses / Camera.

(15) Please dress appropriately according to the weather on the day. Avoid wearing dresses, dress shoes, or overly fancy attire.
